They had a staff meeting in the customer eating area, which we had no way to avoid listening to without leaving. We felt we were intruding as we received little or no eye contact or smiles. Our food took an exceptionally long time to prepare. If we hadn't made the order, it was as if we weren't even there. We won't return. Hold your meetings elsewhere.

I order online in between shifts, so if we can look more closely correctly fulfill orders and increase speed more that'll be amazing! Customer service has improved it is cleaner including restrooms, so thank you.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered a chicken sandwich & fries. All good. Got home & saw I got charged for chicken strips, not the sandwich. Looks like I got a good deal as the strips were cheaper than the sandwich!
