We had dinner tonight at Hop N Wich. Our server Hailey was excellent with service. I had the French dip. and my Wife and Daughter had the Coastal clubs. The food was excellent along with the service. This is a very nice restaurant with plenty of TV's and great atmosphere.

I’ve been inside there for lunch one day Had a pastrami sandwich with fries The sandwich had a good amount of meat in it and was good Today I ordered 2 one for my sister Hardly no meat and soggy burnt bread Also a salad was ordered $50 for garbage never again If your not eating it there don’t bother

I arrived last night at 9:26 pm. I wanted food and the place was almost empty. I was told the kitchen was closed. Now mind this was a Friday night and hours are 11am -11pm. Won't be back ever. Drove around the block to River City Cafe and ate. I had been a loyal customer. Probably ate there close to 50 times before.
Replied to the Google notification and waiting on a response from the owner.
A lady from the Business office called me.
Was originally in on 3/7/25 and now the owner comped me 1 small meal on 3/21/25

This is an excellent restaurant with very good food, however very irritated as my wife wanted a grilled cheese and was told it would be an additional $5 bucks to order it as it was on kids menu. This is BS as you can go to almost any restaurant order from kids menu and no additional charge. It cost the restaurant the same money regardless of who is eating it. You can go to any restaurant to eat and this really is a slap in the face. Very disappointed!

Very crappy service if your doing DoorDash. All these people in here walking by not even trying to help or get the food and I've been waiting for almost 15 minutes. 2-3 people in the bar and no greet no nothing. I've been In the serving industry. I used to manage Red Robin. This is definitely not how you run a business. Funky chicken order with fries. Wow.
We have visited many times from opening to now and We’ve been disappointed on our last few visits. We can tell the menu has been consolidated, and there are multiple menu items with the same ingredients across the board. This chicken cost me $13.49 on doordash. Presentation was bad, chicken was tough and cold. Salt and vinegar season on the fries is comparable to popcorn seasoning, very dry and not tasty. Portion size of meat in your french dip was embarrassing . We ordered two french dips and the meat combined in both of these sandwiches might’ve been enough for one so im guessing the staff is just following the SOP, although its measly and disappointing. Dont cut corners now that you have loyal customers. There are a lot of great places in Conway and this is not the way to keep up.

My wife and I go here quite a bit but normally in the afternoon. We decided to go this evening and are very disappointed on the food that we were given for take out. My wife's Haddock plate was burnt and dry. Her salad was not a salad it was warm lettuce. I got the Chicken fingers and it was supposed to be 5 and I got 4 which is no big deal but one was soggy and the others were burnt. This sux because we normally really enjoy this place.

We went on Friday around 5:30ish. We left our phone number due to 35min wait - understandable. We went to Whitakers for a quick drink while we waited. Honestly we would have eaten there but the people we were with wanted to go to Hop N Wich. We go back when we received our text and saw the woman at the podium, she the did not look presentable enough to be the greeter at a restaurant. She looked disheveled and had an attitude. She asked if a hightop was ok and we asked if there was a lower table- her response was a very rude and dismissive- she just said No. We naturally said ok and went to our table. We were greeted by Matthew our waiter- he had a welcoming smile and an awesome upbeat attitude. We ordered drinks and looked over the menu. We ordered 2 pierogie appetizers and our meals. The waiter had to come over several times and apologize for kitchen being backed up- I get it ya'll were busy...but about and hour plus for 2 pierogie appetizers is ridiculous. The pierogies looked like they were boiled...no browning on them or anything...maybe a dew onions but wr were starving so we ate them. I told Matthew if it was not for him being great I would have said forget the food we are leaving. A while later he came out again and said my meal was not ready yet but the others were- I told him it was ok to bring the others their food. When the food was finally coming out, mine was actually with it. My food was good and only 1 out of 3 liked the meatloaf and their potatoes tasted weird. Needless to say I will not be back even if the people I am with want to eat there. Give Matthew a raise and out him at the door to greet and seat...his vibe is the one you want people to be greeted with when they enter your establishment. Matthew- You rock! (The 5 stars for service is for Matthew)
