⭐ 0 Star Review – Hop N Witch
My family and I had one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had at Hop & Witch. We put our name on the list and were told it would be a 2½-hour wait. As ridiculous as that sounded, we decided to be patient. After waiting that entire time, we went back to check in, only to be told it would be another hour. So we waited even longer.
Eventually, we decided to grab seats at the bar since we never received a phone call or text letting us know our table was ready. When we asked about our reservation again, the host couldn’t even find our name on the list even though we saw it there earlier. The lack of organization and communication was beyond frustrating.
To make things worse, the bartender, who also acted as our waitress, had a terrible attitude. I understand that restaurant work can be stressful, but that’s no excuse for being rude or dismissive toward paying customers.
When our food finally arrived, it was awful. My hamburger was burnt, and the rest of the meals were just as disappointing. For a bill that totaled over $103, most of the food went untouched because it was simply inedible.
After that entire ordeal nearly four hours of waiting, bad service, and bad food I can confidently say that my family and I will never be returning to Hop & Witch. It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way, and charging that much for food we couldn’t even eat is beyond ridiculous.
Save your time, money, and patience, there are far better restaurants out there!!

I forgot the name of the burger, however it had a blueberry onion jam on it. It was soooo good! Service and the atmosphere was also exceptional.

Solid food and a good menu. The restaurant is another offering by a popular restaurant group in the area, however this one is truly unique compared to the others. The service was slow but overall not terrible. Interesting decor and plenty of TVs if you want to watch sports. Not 100% sure the restaurant knows what it wants to be. Part of the theme including decor and menu are comedy movie themed and parts is outdoorsy/earthy. Overall good food so worth a visit if you’re in Conway!

MANAGEMENT - please read: Every time I come to town to visit my sister, we always stop in for at least a beer and most of the time order yummy food. We have always had a great experience with food and staff (as we did today), BUT today there was an older man sitting at the bar. We can’t call him a gentleman after what we witnessed… it was disgusting. On top of the loud noises that he was making that sounded like burps, we saw him blow his nose in a paper napkin, squeezed it and left it on the bar. EVEN WORSE, he took the top off the salt shaker, licked his finger, and dipped it in the salt shaker. Apparently, he shows up everyday. What other gross things has he done? Someone told us that he’s been banned from most restaurants and bars in town. I suggest you do the same.

We had Hailey as our server and she was not personable at all. She was very short and just not that great of waitress. We were missing food we ordered, she brought drinks and filled our cups with drinks that weren’t what we ordered. The only time she was nice to us was when we called another server over to help us take food off our check that we never received. Overall the food was pretty good but wish our service was betterS

Stopped here randomly for lunch while walking around Conway. Food and service were great. Server named Grace was very attentive. Would definitely recommend this place.

The coastal club was delicious and plenty for two people. Grace was our server and she is as pleasant as they come kept checking on us to make sure everything was to our liking. Would love to be back and have her again.!

We had burgers and they were excellent. The atmosphere was fun and festive. It was trivia night and we thoroughly enjoyed playing trivia. We will definitely be back for trivia night.

Food is excellent! We’ve been a few times and service was great! Here lately we’ve just seemed to have slow service and no, they weren’t busy. Beers took forever and we waited 40 minutes for food. Waited a long time for drink refills, etc.

As one of the only places around that serves pierogis I really wanted this place to be good, unfortunately it wasn’t. We were seated right away, service took a really long time and the food took forever to come out and when it finally did it was overcooked and cold everything from the eggs, fish and chicken to the fries.
