We had a great dinner tonight! The food was wonderful. The service was fantastic. Actually I had left my phone in our booth and our server Ada ran it out to our car for me.

We attempted to have dinner here last night around 7 pm. The hostess sat us at our table and we sat there for almost 20 minutes before we left. No one ever greeted us, took our drink order, nothing. I saw one server as we sat there but it seemed she was only attending to one particular table. We’ve been here multiple times and always had a good experience but I do not see myself returning anytime soon

We were weekly customers until today. The server that we were stuck with today is the worst server possible. We had to ask for refills and more food. We had to flag her down anytime we needed something. When we received the bill she attached the tip automatically. We normally tip very well based on the service and we change the tip amount to what she actually deserved but still a good tip. She chased me out the door stating I owed her. I stepped back inside to discuss with the manager and that went no better. He used profanity with me and tried to explain she only makes $2.13 an hour. That's all fine and dandy but even with the top we were leaving she was still making twenty plus for the hour we sat at her table. Needless to say they have lost a customer because their server insisted we tip her $3 more than what we felt she deserved.

I am delighted that we have Ichiban in Conway! My favorite is the Volcano Roll, Hellfire Roll, and Crazy Tuna Roll. I like that they also occasionally serve green tea icecream.

Do NOT eat all day before going here, you will leave SO stuffed! Food is great! Mark off a paper menu ticket, they make it and bring it. Eat, repeat. Eat, repeat as long as you dare!

We went here as a family, and were hesitant, due to the last sushi experience(Bad sushi king). We walked in and it was excellent from the start. The food was fantastic, service was great, and the price was worth it. I highly recommend checking this place out. We will definitely be back.

Perfect dinner date. We went late last night (Saturday evening). Quiet, clean, fast service. Our server was soft spoken and swift. The tone at that time was peaceful and enjoyable so we could enjoy our dinner and our conversation. I’m Not a Sushi fan so I went with chicken low men. The portion was good. The taste was amazing. For all you can eat for 28$ per person wasn’t terrible. My husband got 5 sushi rolls right from the start. The only one he didn’t enjoy was the monster one - only because (he wasn’t expecting ) of the mango chunks. We ordered shrimp tempura they were light and delicious. The crab Rangoons weren’t my favorite m- they weren’t bad I’m just picky how they appear. I prefer dumpling looking ones over the flat triangle ones. That’s my personal preference for them. The seaweed salad. Light and refreshing as well. Over all a good experience. Reasonable for two people.
