The owner is so sweet and friendly, never met someone so humble and very sweet. The entire staff makes me feel wanted and loved. I love this place and the service, money well spent and let's not forget the cold slaw, LORD JESUS THIS WOMAN CAN COOK, ON JESUS SANDALS I LOVE HER ??
Warm atmosphere with very good food. Chicken and potato salad are my favorites.

Absolutely the best country cooking I’ve ever had lovely employees make you feel right at home. Little mom-and-pop restaurants are the best. Definitely will be returning back to this place.

There's a lady working there who looks just like Dolly Pardon. This place is a blast from the past. I loved it. Old nostalgic felling of what life was like when the clock was slow and nobody had cell phones. The Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich is the best.
Looking for Southern comfort food? Then this is the place for you! Fair prices. Food made ahead of time, so receive food quickly. Eat in, outside or pick up. Drinks available too. Carrot cake was the desert option while I was there.

My husband and I came in for Lunch. I had the Chicken Bog with field peas, macaroni, and collards, he had the Fried Pork Chop, rice and gravy, cabbage, and peach cobbler. The food was AMAZING!! The staff is super friendly and they treat you like family. We found out they have new owners m, and they wanted to remember the previous owner and continue his legacy by honoring the late Carlsyle Marlowe by naming the establishment after him. We thought that was super sweet. We definitely recommend this place!! You will not regret!
