We normally order 3 subs on the app and pick them up. The first time my sub was made wrong I forgave it because well hey it’s really busy so I said nothing and ate what I didn’t ask for.
Second time, made wrong, took it back. Once again, busy but hey come on. Third time?? Nobody in the parking lot! Not even a little busy. Steak and cheese (Philly steak and cheese) mushroom and onion only. Not a difficult order. Ended up with bacon on it and chipotle mayo which I have an allergy for. Called manager, was telling her about it, she put me on hold to check and phone disconnected and they never called me back. Horrible. I will never return neither will my family.

Good food

Came in after me and my wife returned home from having our first child and we placed a LATE order. This shop really helped me out and got all 3 subs made. I cannot thank them enough. Super friendly employees and talked with me while I waited. Really above and beyond especially because I know placing a late order can be rough and I really dont like to do it. 100000000 out of 10 this place was amazing. Really hope you guys see this and I hope yall have a great New Year!!!

Conway is a city with A LOT of options for food, but I always find myself coming back to the same place: Jersey Mike's. I work next door to this particular store, but I find myself there even on my days off.

Its partly the great food, but moreso its the staff and their commitment to creating an atmosphere where everyone, including a Northeast transplant like myself, can feel welcome and respected.

The entire staff is amazing and I can't say enough good about them all. James, in particular, makes a fantastic sub, and always makes myself and my wife feel welcome.

I ordered a sub and it was honestly not the best. They forgot half of what I wanted on it 😒

My daughter was very upset at the way the General Manager spoke to her after her salad was made wrong. My daughter didn`t ask for refund Amanda. She only wanted the salad made correctly and you belittled her in front of other customers. Not professional and the owner should consider sending in a secret shopper that is unhappy with their order. Catch Amand telling them that it comes out of their profit to replace a salad, one salad that YOU made wrong. Now you have lost more than that one salad. We were eating there 2 to 3 times a week. You mistreated the wrong one. We will be telling all of our friends and family. Constantly getting it wrong anyway. I will go to Subway or Firehouse. Thanks!

Sub in a tub was made with onions and they were not to be added, manager stated onions were not in my food those were lettuce

Frist customer in the door and we order 56. Also added lettuce, tomatoes, oil, vinegar,saltHow did the next three customer after we ordered received there's after ours was orders off the grilled. Our sandwich set on the side they about it put back on the grill then put the veggies in a side tub I go to jersey mike all over in different states been to this one in the day time was awesome . But that crew was the worst the guy laugh after we leave and everything.i need to talk to a manager.
