Can anyone tell me why the doors would be locked at 8:53 even though they don’t close until 9. The open sign was on, but all the employees were behind the counter looking at me trying to open the door while it was locked. If I were the manager or owner, I’d want to know if my employees were locking the door while they were still supposed to be open to the customers for business, during business hours.

I usually stop at a different location, but happened to be out this way. Ordered an Italian sub. Ingredients looked like they were from yesterday. When I got home and unwrapped it, the bread was stuck to the paper wrapping like it was glued. Had to rip it off the paper and half the bread stayed firmly stuck to the paper. Never saw anything like it. Since I had no idea what would be on the bread or paper that would cause this, I dumped it in the trash. Also, the young lady at the register needs a refresher course in customer service. Terrible attitude for 10:30 in the morning. Lesson learned - stay away.

This was my first visit to Jersey Mikes. Funny story. I intended to go to the liquor store but accidentally walked into Jersey Mikes. A very sweet young lady, Caylynn, greeted me and said I might as well order lunch while I'm in here. So, I did. She also told me brownies are delicious...she was correct. What a dream employee. Great customer service. She probably make this place a ton of money.Subway does not hold a candle to this place.There is no doubt, I will definitely return.Thanks again Calynn and keep smiling.

Ordered roastbeef sub hardly any meat. Mostly lettuce, 2 pieces of cheese. I ordered a giant sub. The service was horrible very rude and and the store was dirty. I grew up in NJ, always went to to be original Mike's in Pt Pleasant. Now I am in South Carolina. I will never go back! When I visit Jersey, might try one more to time.

Jersey Mike's has always had fairly good subs,but they are not as good as they used to be,still a pretty good value and way to ward off being hungry ....but I wish they were what they originally were and hadn't lost that edge that set them apart,now they are just a run of the mill

Had a very bad experience at this franchise in conway, the staff was not paying attention to what I was ordering, I asked for two subs and only received one , miss communication, the manager was very rude ,!! And staff was also very rude!! Bad attitude s and very unprofessional!! Would not recommend this sub shop in conway to anyone!!

I'm very disappointed with the staff , and the management, very rude , and disrespectful., they didn't pay attention to the order that I asked for, and caused a unnecessary hassle and inconvenience, would not recommend this place to anyone,

Terribly disappointed today. Got a turkey and provolone and there was barely any turkey, one slice of cheese, tomatoes were in pieces. No more!

I ordered a regular # 56 . It was ready when I arrived . Omg that sandwich was huge and full of flavor ! I sat down to eat I looked around and saw a very clean dining room . The staff was friendly and courteous . They said thank you for dining with us , we enjoyed your company. As I left they said enjoy the rest of my evening.
