Breakfast
Silog Selections
A Filipino traditional breakfast consisting of rice, egg and a protein choice. Served with an egg cooked to order, Atchara and/or tomato.
Congee
Arrozcaldo. Another Filipino breakfast tradition consists of hot rice porridge slow-cooked with chicken, garlic, ginger and onion, and garnished with fresh spring onion. If you like grits, you're gonna love this! Served with 2 pieces of Lumpia.

Appetizers, Snacks, & Wraps
Lumpia Shanghai
4 pieces. Hand-rolled Filipino spring roll. Ground pork, cabbage, onion, and carrots seasoned and deep fried. Served with dipping sauce.
Sisig Tacos and 2 Lumpia
2 pieces. Our signature pork sisig is served in a bite-sized portion. We load sisig. Lettuce and carrot strips into a soft taco shell for a big taste in a finger-sized serving (mild by request) and an additional 2 Lumpia.
Beef Tapa Wraps & 2 Lumpia
2 pieces. Our signature beef tapa, cucumber, and carrot strips are served inside 2 portable & fun to munch wraps served with 2 Lumpia.
Fried Hotdog Skewer
A red Filipino-style hotdog fried and on a stick.
(2pc) Fishball Skewer
4 Fishballs skewered and then deep fried. Filipino street food at its best!
(2pc) Pork BBQ Skewer
Hand trimmed pork marinated in our in-house made BBQ sauce, skewered, and char-grilled to perfection. You wont want to eat just one!
Tokwa't Baboy
Deep Fried Pork Belly and Tofu in our house-made sauce and a spring onion garnish. Rich in flavor, this is a very sweet and savory dish, and pairs well with garlic rice (Add Rice for an additional charges)

Noodles
Pancit Noodles
Stir fried noodles with chicken, mixed with garlic, onion, carrots, cabbage, and green beans. Expertly seasoned. Served with 2 Lumpia.
Palabok Noodles
Boiled noodles with ground pork, shrimp, boiled egg, and special sauce, garnished with spring onion. Served with 2 Lumpia.
Filipino Speghetti Special
A generous portion of spaghetti topped with our house-made Filipino style sweet sauce made with ground pork, Hotdog...... Yes I said HOTDOG!!, and topped with grated cheese. Served with 2 Lumpia. Its not your Mama's spaghetti sauce, well unless your Mom is a Filipina.

Entrees
Chicken Adobo
Slow-cooked chicken with potatoes. Prepared in a complex and savory soy sauce and vinegar reduction. Expertly seasoned, and served over white rice, with a spring onion garnish.
Beef Caldereta
Slow-cooked beef with potatoes, carrots, raisins and red bell pepper simmered to perfection for hours creating a savory and mildly sweet finish on your palette, served over white rice or garlic rice with a spring onion garnish.
Pork Sinigang
Slow-cooked seasoned pork with neckbone. Taro root, tomatoes and greens in a sour tamarind broth, served over white rice.
Lechon Kawali
Crispy crunchy chopped pieces of pork belly seasoned and fried to perfection, served with white rice or garlic rice on the side, with a spring onion garnish and a dipping sauce.
Pork Sisig
Crispy crunchy minced pieces of pork belly prepared with finely chopped onion, vinegar and mayonnaise topped with spicy chili peppers, served with white rice or garlic rice on the side, with a spring onion garnish (mild by request).
Imported Whole Boneless Smoked Bangus
Milkfish. Imported from the Philippines, this whole head-on/tail-on fish is de-boned and smoked to perfection. It is then pan-seared and served with a portion of our house-made atchara, and a serving of white, or garlic rice with a spring onion garnish. Make it a Silog, and add a cook-to-order egg for an additional charge. It's Sobra Masarap!
Daing na Bangus
Fried marinated milkfish. A pan-fried milkfish that has been marinated. Served with rice and atchara or tomato.
Ginataang Hipon
Whole Jumbo Shrimp with Coconut milk, squash, and greens
Sinigang na Hipon
Whole Jumbo Shrimp in sour soup and greens
Sinigang na Isda (Tilapia or Snapper)

Homestyle Fried Chicken
A Fried chicken leg-quarter (non breaded) served with a portion of garlic rice, a dipping sauce, and a side of handmade Atchara (papaya salad)
Beef with Cucumber and Veggies
Our hand trimmed, house marinated beef tapa served with mixed veggies and cucumbers. This dish comes with a portion of either white or garlic rice.

Sweet Treats
Halo-Halo
Halo-halo is a Filipino word meaning mix-mix. We take shaved ice, and a mixture of various sweets like coconut strings. Leche flan, sweet corn, sliced sweet banana, coconut gel, and palm fruit, mix it all up & topped with our hand crafted Ube Ice cream. Wow! You gotta taste it to believe it!

I ordered the Beef Caldereta, and it was absolutely amazing—the beef was incredibly tender, practically falling apart with each bite, and the flavors were rich and well-balanced. You can taste the care that goes into their dishes. The owner was super friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch that made the experience even better. DELICIOUS. Loved everything about this gem. Staff friendly soon as you walk in the door, clean establishment, great location with parking in the back. I had the fishball skewers and palabok with pork lumpia tasted great.

What a wonderful place to have come across in downtown Conway today. I can't say enough about the chicken adobo. It was so perfectly slow cooked in that juice that all the meat fell off the bone when I picked it up..and it goes perfectly with that Rice 🙌 it was so flavorful and fresh. I can't wait to go back.
