We went to the drive thru, the employee made fun of the way I spoke. Mocked me and then they all laughed. They must of thought they muted themselves or just didn't care. Food was okay being we just traveled for 12 hours. Find better employees!

Chicken popeye is very good depending on cashier. Make sure to visually see your food before leaving. They will give you the burnt dry out food if you’re not looking. I drove 20 miles to give them the food back. They would not give me compensation ( a drink or another pie ) for the trouble of bringing back food they knew should have been thrown out. The manager on this shift just wanted to replace the pie with another as if that was going to satisfy me for burning my gas to bring back food that should have been thrown out

This is by far the best KFC I've eaten at in the area- restaurant was very clean- the lady that checked me out was very nice and food was delivered promptly we'll go back again

I like this restaurant but I wish I could scan my app and earn points at the Conway KFC.
Passing through the drive thru the employees handed us a near empty bucket, 2 pieces when it’s a 10 piece bucket. Didn’t see until we got home. Called immediately and was greeted kindly by manager and told to come back tomorrow with receipt for a replacement that we “drove off” before we got another bucket (it’s a one bucket order and staff said nothing). Showed up tomorrow. Was denied service because that manger did not communicate or noted the redo for the staff. Was told to come back tomorrow again but my time is much more valuable than chasing missing chicken. Staff were visibly disgruntled.

Ordered never received delivery when I called manager said nothing i can do it was picked up which it was not according to Door Dash they sent 3 different drivers manager was rude and condescending had to report to corperate office perhaps the manager should not be in that position if he has no customer service skills
