I placed an order using KFC mobile app today at 12:48 pm I intended for the order to go to Loris South Carolina location, but it was sent to the Conway South Carolina location. As soon as I paid the confirmation stated that it was sent to Conway kfc so I called and spoke with a representative that stated that he could not help me I had to call the 1800 number to cancel and ask for a refund. I called and spoke with a man who had me answer questions for 8 minutes then transferred me over to the refund department spoke with a woman for 7 minutes all for her to tell me that I couldn't get a refund because it's showing that my order was filled I then told the woman that is impossible. There is no way that they could have filled two famous bowls in the 43 seconds that it took for me to call them to transfer the order to the loris location so I called the Conway location again to speak to a manager then the manager stated that the system is stating that the order was filled I then explained to the manager that I called as soon as my payment went through and asked if the order was fill or not the manager said when you use the app the order comes through as filled this is completely ridiculous I will be reporting this establishment to the better Business bureau, the attorney general and also my bank.

2nd time going thru to have my 8 piece meal have 4 thighs in not what us suppose to be in it. I live 35 minutes from store. Just grab on way home. For the manager to want me to bring it back and get it corrected. Do it right first time. Not driving over a hour to get a replacement.

11/22/25 @ 4:54pm...We paid another visit to this KFC(Church St Conway, SC). This KFC always seems to be one of the cleanest we've been to. The staff is always cleaning the tables, sweeping the floor and picking up the trays. The Crew at this Location is always welcoming and pleasant. I have to give a shout out to the crew tonight: Dest, Britt, Evan, K & Kelli. They were great on this night. Our food looked good, hot and was fresh. Sometimes you go-to a restaurant and you can just tell the items have been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. Kudos to this KFC especially it's staff. Keep up the great work!

Fast and good food on the day we went. The girl at the register was so sweet and patient. They were on top of it!
We went to the drive thru, the employee made fun of the way I spoke. Mocked me and then they all laughed. They must of thought they muted themselves or just didn't care. Food was okay being we just traveled for 12 hours. Find better employees!

Chicken popeye is very good depending on cashier. Make sure to visually see your food before leaving. They will give you the burnt dry out food if you’re not looking. I drove 20 miles to give them the food back. They would not give me compensation ( a drink or another pie ) for the trouble of bringing back food they knew should have been thrown out. The manager on this shift just wanted to replace the pie with another as if that was going to satisfy me for burning my gas to bring back food that should have been thrown out

This is by far the best KFC I've eaten at in the area- restaurant was very clean- the lady that checked me out was very nice and food was delivered promptly we'll go back again
