I thought this must be a great fried chicken place....not a big name franchise but a mom and pop establishment. Couldn't be more wrong. I got a fried fish sandwich. Hopefully the fish is good but it came with nothing on it. I measly packet of tartar sauce and the bun was from grocery store. A bit stale. Chicken legs, fatty. KFC and Bojangles looking good

Clean facilities, well groomed and friendly staff, everyone was smiling and appeared genuinely happy to be there. Delicious, feel-good comfort food here. They are crazy busy at lunch but don't let that stop you. Get in line - your belly will thank you!

I'm not gonna hold you. No frills chicken spot. One star is because of the way the place is ran. Ordered a chicken sandwich. Was told they don't have lettuce. Fine understandable. Some places do bare bones chicken and I get it. What really got me was the fact that my wife asked for 3 wings to go so that we could take them my father in law back home. She was told that they don't have any available. Again understandable BUT we were dining in. My wife asked if she could wait for the wings while we ate and get them on the way out. The cashier checked with one or two people in the kitchen with her and then promptly turned around and just said "No"... I've never heard of a place where you can't wait for them to drop more chicken and to say "no" like that is crazy. I would've been more receptive if they had just said "we are out of wings" even though that wasn't the case. I waited until we were leaving to post this review and lo and behold, people were getting wings as we walked out so the lady was just rude and unhelpful for no reason.

It was around 7pm and a Sunday night. We've purchased chicken many times and always had hot fresh crispy chicken. We ordered the 9 piece box and always got 2 legs, wings, thighs and 3 breasts, This time the chicken was warm and burnt. In the box were 5 legs, 1 wing, 2 breasts and 2 thighs which equals 10. I hate legs!Hoping this was an isolated situation and will go again and hope for a better experience.

The food there is usually way to big like for example their tenders are so thick you gag on it and the grease just drips off it.If you want better food go to the Chick-Fil-A or Bojangles or even KFC nearby.On top of that the restroom in this restaurant actually breaks the law of the Americans with disabilities Act. Under this law each and every restaurant are required to have a handicap accessible restroom which this one doesn't really have.. I mean the door area is way to small to even allow a wheelchair.

I LOVE This Maryland Fried Chicken!As a child some 50+/- years ago when we visited from out of town mom and Dad would bring me to eat at this location. Even as a kid I remember I loved this place! Fantastic food back in the 1970's when I was about 6-7 years old and Fantastic food now with me at almost 60!My travels take me to Conway a few times a year and I make a point to always grab lunch at this Conway location! I will not eat lunch any place else when in Conway! Its that good!The chicken is always hot and tender, priced right and the mashed potatoes and gravy are great and the coleslaw is truly the best I have ever had in my life!The staff are always fast and efficient and always so very nice!I love being able to eat lunch in the same place the last 50 years and I love the food and the people.Truly one of my top places to eat period! The food and service is always the same...PERFECT!

I have bought chicken and swimp dinners here . The one my wife and I bought Thursday Jan 11-2024 were nothing more than "greese" boxes when we drove the 20 minutes home the boxes were so soaked in greese that they would fall apart when we picked them up. My wife has already said she does not wan anymore chicken from here. I got a shrimp dinner and I am going to think about before I go back.Too much Greese in the food!!

I had to wait for her to finish looking at her cell phone before taking my order... I miss the Maryland fried chicken that was next to the college that closed in the Early 2000s... That was the best one...
