Got a salad to go and it was disgusting. Not fresh at all. My Second time getting salad on way home. First time same thing and had hair in it. Lettuce and chicken taste and look old. Couldn’t eat it I had to throw out.

3rd time trying to get a spud and they were out

Food is pretty good WHEN YOU GET IT. I've given this place so many tries but tonight is the last time. Went in to order 2 spuds more than an hour before closing just to be told they don't have any. You know, the spuds they're famous for. And this is the third time it has happened. The other times I just replaced with something else but when you're really craving a potato, that's kind of what you EXPECT. Seriously, how long does it take to heat a freaking potato.

You would think with all the people coming into Conway for Halloween, the place would be prepared but I guess not. Guess that explains why the parking lot was empty.

The only positive is the manager was nice enough to refund quickly enough.

At 631pm I placed a mobile order for a rueben sandwich without sauerkraut or thousand island dressing. Paid for it online and even left a tip. It said it would be ready by 646. I got there at 658 and was told they didn't get it at first. I showed the young lady behind the counter my phone and she search further back into the system and found the order. She repeated the order back to me, rueben without sauerkraut and thousand island. Yes that's it. She then told me to have a seat and she would let me know when it was ready. I waited about 5-10 minutes before she told me it was ready. Got up to get my food said thank you and she then told me I had to pay for it. Of course I said I already paid for it. The young lady and another young lady behind the counter said the system said it wasn't paid for. Again, I showed my phone where it said it was paid for. Then I proceeded to look in the card app to see if went through and that's when she said oh I see it now. I said thank you and headed home. Wash my and sat down to eat my sandwich and there was sauerkraut and thousand island on my sandwich. They should get a better system and follow instructions. I'm a very unhappy customer.

Normally the food is good but this last time my wife and I went the salad had numerous wilted pieces. The salads typically look very fresh but this go around looked like they were using the end of the day lettuce and they didn't want to open a new bag. I've experienced good quality at McAlisters so I know it's possible, so maybe this was a one off. I hope they don't continue to cut corners because I do enjoy their food.

We came for lunch to celebrate a Birthday with 5 Ladies in attendance. We were promptly greeted by Jamie our cashier/server and told we could sit anywhere. The decor is beautiful and the entire establishment was so Clean! Our food was prepared promptly and served as ordered....everything was delicious. Jamie was very friendly, professional and treated us like royalty! All the other staffed we encountered were also very friendly! Jamie also came to aid our group member that lost her balance outside the store...above and beyond excellent customer service!! We will definitely be back!

Ordered via uber. Nachos; nowhere in the description did it say they would arrive cold and not put thru an oven. Put them under my broiler and burned to a charcoal crisp! My visitor didn’t get their nachos. Called the store to ask why they weren’t cooked and lovely mgr said they don’t cook them but put the chili over it. I asked for NO chili but got it; asked for nacho sauce but didn’t get it. She said to call uber for a refund.

I was absolutely shocked at what happen to me but also what I was hearing and seeing at this location. I am such a fan of Mc Alister , absolutely love the food. I will NEVER go to this location again. It will be a long.g time before I go to any Mc Alister again. I had ordered and paid for my food online, 30 minutes prior to me getting there. I go inside and it was absolutely a mess. They lady at register telling people to leave, saying it will be at least 30 minutes or longer before you get food. She was telling them to go some where else.2 police officers even left. After waiting another 15 minutes I ask if it was ready she told me No that my order was next to be fixed. Now this is 45 minutes later from when I order and paid online. Told he no, I can't wait no longer I had an appointment to get to. I ask for a refund, she told me No they can't do that. I paid 35.00 for food I never got not to mention I was told I couldn't get my money back. I am so mad. I work all my life as manger in retail and business. I have never seen or herd such craziness. I would never allow an employee to tell a customer what she was. So I left no food and out 35.00. Would not recommend this location. Definitely need better customer service.

Ordered food to go. When we got home a sandwich was missing from the order. When I called them they refused to give a refund. I was told to bring all the food back so they could see it.
