The food and service at this McDonald's was excellent. The decor of the restaurant kept throwing me as I sat there eating. I guess I'm too old for the new style decor. It was very off-putting for some reason.

Drive-thru was very nice. The food for once was correct. They serve good food if they can get it right, but always check your coffee before pulling off because I have gotten cold many tines and had to go back to get a hot cup.

I had an incident happen today through doordash and Jennifer was really great. She handled the situation over the phone really well & made sure i had everything i was supposed to get . very good manager . i can tell she’s great to work with.

Ok getting pissed off. My husband and i went for take out last night, ordered our usual, got home and hes MISSING HALF a bigmac! How tf do u forget to place the top patty and bun onna sandwhich? It doesnt help that i kept calling last night about 10x and no one picks up the phone. Figured id try again and just like last night, no answer.

I placed a pickup order for 2 breakfast sandwiches, 2 hashbrowns, and 2 frappes this morning before 10:30am. It was about 10:25am.a mobile order. I arrived at about 10:40am and provided the code for the order, picked up the receipt, arrived at pickup window and was instructed to go to the 3rd window to wait for the order which doesn't make sense cause it should have been ready at that point because there was only 2 cars ahead of me when I arrived for an order placed at 10:25am. I pull up to the 3rd window and was forgotten for nearly 15 minutes just to be told that it's after their breakfast time so they're refunding the food. I didn't leave the location till 11am!! No apology, no kind of immediate compensation or anything for the inconvenience or the flat lie I was just given. If a doordash order is placed they make the food and it waits for the person to pick it up, why is the food placed on a mobile order not made when its ordered but apparently y'all wait till the person arrives?? They made me wait that long just to say they weren't going to make the food when they didn't bother saying that at the order menu when they collected the code, didn't bother saying that when they provided the receipt, didn't bother saying that when they instructed me to wait at the 3rd window, but damn sure made me wait till they forgot they had me move to the 3rd window! My money better be back in my card or I will be disputing this with the bank
Ordered a simple nugget and fries with a drink, lady taking my order was an absolute angel! Followed by her coworker who also complemented me for being a kind soul <3 Absolutely made my night! Definitely give those two ladies a raise! They 100% deserve it! Food was hot and amazing followed by some of the sweetest people I have seen there in a long time!
Service: 100/10 Food: 10/10

Ordered like I always do and only got half a sandwich for the big Mac. Bottom half no cheese just the big Mac sauce. How do you forget half a damn sandwich it's not that hard of a job

Absolutely garbage service. This location has the WORST service. The last 5 times I ate here they ALWAYS forget something. If you order anything besides plain burgers they'll forget to put it on there. And they never comply with their buy 1 get 1 for a dollar they'll just straight up NOT give you the item you paid for. Worst employees ever.
