Best McDonald's I've been to in a really long time. Clean store friendly staff. Polite as well. Manager on duty was very pleasant and personable too. Even took time out of a busy rush to let me tell her about how impressed I was since I also work in food industry

I went to the drive thru and ordered my meals. 2- Big Mac meals. I got home about 10 miles away I realized there is no fries in the bag. (Should have been 2) I called and told them my situation. The manager told me to return and get the fries. I was about to drive another 15-20 miles round trip. She replied “ I don’t know what to tell you” A week goes by and I gave it another chance and this time I placed an order not thinking this could happen again. I got home and was missing my chicken nuggets. Once again I called the restaurant and the manager again was really rude and after I complained she ended up hanging up. This place is really sad.

This location has to be the worst managed location in South Carolina. This is the second time I’ve been to this location in 2 months where multiple items were missing from my order. There responds was to come back, waiting another 20-30 mins in line so they can replace only the one item. The staff is always unfriendly and rude when I’ve visited. When you ask for a refund they tell you they can not do that even through mobile app orders. The “manager” on the phone when I called would not give me her name.

Zaire was a pleasure to work with this morning. He was very eager to serve and knew exactly how to answer my questions. He was patient and competent and courteous. And he Zaire deserves raise$$$.
