Building needs an upgrade. they have a broken soda machine but won't replace it. They had a hibachi section where you could watch your food getting cooked they closed that area.they fill their buffet with alot of unappealing food. Their dessert section pitiful ice cream flavored .not real ice-cream. Sad salad bar. We stopped eating there.

Ordered food for our family during a road trip and it took them 30 minutes to get our food ready. When we received our food, half of our food wasn’t given to us, with my younger brother not getting his happy meal whatsoever. Very disappointed with this location.

Never remembers the sauce when you order. Chicken is horrible without sauce yet they never provide the sauce even if you pay extra for extra sauce.
If I could give this location, zero stars, I definitely would. Every time you get nuggets, I never get the sauce order two combo meals only received one fry order a specific drink. They got that wrong. Most of the time the employees don’t even sound like they wanna be there and sound miserable forever getting the orders wrong. If you want good food with friendly service and hot food, go to the one off of River Oaks and international that location always gets it right

The snackwrap is nothing like the original and not worth the price. On top of that it took us 15 minutes at the drive thru because they had apparently given our order away to the car in front of us, so they asked us to pull forward and wait, which we did. After 10 minutes they came out with food, but no drinks. They then tried to give us drinks with no ice. Overall horrible experience.

It says 24hrs, and I drive for Uber and Lyft. I have weird schedules and eat when I can. It was 3am when I got to the drive through on Saturday, July 12 and they said that they couldn't take my order bcuz it was only door dash, Uber eats, or GrubHub. He said the system was down but can do those orders....if the system was down then you wouldn't be able to put any orders in. I just wanted a #7: 2 cheeseburger meal....I would love for corporate to contact me!
