It's a normal McDonald's. The service was fine today. Food tastes like it should. Tables and floor needed to be cleaned, but not terrible, just needed a bit of attention. This location is spacious enough on the inside where there is plenty of seating. The tables and chairs are arranged well. They have the kiosk for ordering like every place else basically has nowadays. It's self-serve soda so no asking the people behind the counter for refills. It was fine.

I placed an online order and was unable to wait for it. I told the manager my situation and requested that my order be canceled. I was told that it would be. It ABSOLUTELY WAS NOT CANCELED AND I WAS CHARGED FOR FOOD I NEVER RECEIVED!!!!!!! This location obviously employes the utmost DISGRACEFUL & WORTHLESS managers!!!!!

Staff were pleasant. When we got home our food was horrible! The Big Mac patties were burnt and hard as a hockey puck and absolutely drowning in special sauce. The Quarter Pounder with cheese patty was also hard and inedible. We had to wait for our food so you would their the fries were at least hot, but they were barely warm when we got our order. I used to like eating at this location, but it has seriously gone downhill. We will not be back!

First of all they forgot all of our sauces, which we ordered and paid for extra of, then I went inside to ask for them and the manager on duty looked at me from the back and shook her hand at me like what do you need? So I said I just need some sauce, I just went through the drive thru, she handed me one of each sauce I asked for as she huffed at me. I asked for a few of each because we had a large order and she asks what I ordered. I tried to hand her the receipt so she could see we ordered extra sauce and she said she didnt need it and handed me a SINGULAR EXTRA SAUCE! Im baffled at this point at her attitude and do not appreciate it at all. I just gave up after that and left only to realize that 2 of our sandwiches were also missing from our order! Truly a terrible experience.

Staff got mad when I asked for my food cook to order and because I went through the drive through and asked for it to be cooked to order and they didn’t do that my food was cold. And when I came in she snatched the bag and the bag and other skinny employe started laughing.

if i could give zero stars i would. meanest workers ever even when your nothing but nice they will roll there eyes at you. me and my friends legit get scared to go to this location because the employees are so nasty. go to any other mcdonald’s besides this one if u can. been going to this location for 4 years bc it’s the closest and it’s only gotten worse
