Chicken strips were close to burnt.4 were stuck together in a clump. Took em apart and the picture shows what I got. Never going to McDonalds again. Horrible horrible horrible. Was also still a lil frozen were they clumped together. Place sucks. Will go to Bojangles from now on

And you can get special deals if you use the app. Just enter your code, and your meal gets automatically paid for with your card that's connected to the app, so all you gotta do is grab the receipt from the pay window and go to the delivery window to get your food. Love it!.

Bun was hard,dried out, burger was pink in the middle. My husband placed a mobile order and unfortunately went to the wrong location. Asked Manger to honor the price, she said she was unable to that. Tables were dirty.

The Big Mac was not worth it it's the meat itself stunk the pickles were hard and tasted nasty but the ice cream treat was the ice cream was firm and the hot fudge was soft and tasty

Why can you order breakfast on the app and at the right time but if your a minute after 10:30 when you get to the place you can’t pick it up? So frustrating really started off my day on a bad note. App should say that or store should just make it because that is not fair to me wasting my time and energy

Idk whose manager told them to re-fry hash browns but they need to stop. We are paying a dollar a piece for these items, they need to be fresh. We are getting hashbrowns that are hard as rocks.

Absolutely the worst McDonald's around here got the new snack wraps they were not wrapped up right and it was a complete mess. On top of that the fries were VERY overcooked and I could not eat them. The kids at the drive thru were rude and that's if they even talk to you! I'm over this place it's ridiculous. 0 stars if I could!

Today is June 26, 2025. The time is 4:35 PM. I just went through the drive-through and was informed that I could not place an order at this time. This has got to be the worst McDonald’s there is. I’ve been here many times requesting food through the drive-through and can never get a milkshake, The machine is always down. Every experience I’ve had here has been disappointing. I’m not sure if it’s staff or management, but someone needs to adjust this place to come in line with the other McDonald’s stores in our area.
