Edited: I gave wayy too many chances..Staff is rude, they mess up orders all the time. Make sure you ask for your sauces with the order, and again when you get the food and then and only then, they'll give it to you with a smug face like you did something wrong.

Came here with my kids as a treat! Went to fill our cups with drinks. The whole area was dirty and messy. There was no napkins and cup lids. Could not find a clean table to sit and enjoy our lunch!

I'm not normally one to leave reviews but I gave this place many chances..... so now I'm gonna be one of those people. My order is never, NEVER correct.... their is also always food missing from my bag that I ordered, they take my order incorrect multiple times, the right tags can be on the burger but it's still made incorrectly. My sandwiches are always missing pickles. They aren't nice either when you try to point out the mistakes they made. All together the worst mcdonalds I have ever experienced! I absolutely hate ketchup so I always special request it not be on my burgers yet it still somehow is always on it, also it's a good thing I'm not allergic to ketchup.... if you have allergies and don't like specific things on your sandwich AVIOD THIS MCDONALDS. Also if you don't want to loose out of your money because you get all the way home and food is missing that you paid for don't go here!!!!

Hands down the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life! Those “Managers” and staff need to go! They are rude as hell and they don’t even try to listen or do their jobs right. This is the ghetto location and the food is always cold, wrong and a sloppy mess. They could learn a lot from the Frontage Road Location. That McDonald’s is excellent. This location is a hot mess. When is J&L Corporate going to finally get involved?!??

The manager with the short hair and glasses. . Absolutely terrible. Waited 20 mins for a McDouble and a Mchicken. Wouldn’t bring me the order cause she knew she was giving terrible service. What a dump.
