My daughter is upset. It's no big deal, she's got to learn to handle disappointment but with the same company again and again? Idk.

Awful service!! Waited in line for 30 minutes and the woman working took the drive-thru customers that arrived after us. Too rude to even open the window and apologise, instead chastised me. RUDE and understaffed.
I visited this place last month, and it was like a childhood dream come true! I’ve always loved shaved ice snow cones, and this spot did not disappoint. Most places in Myrtle Beach have premade ones, but here they shaved the ice right in front of you and poured the syrup on top—so authentic! It was a fantastic treat, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Myrtle Beach.

Great snow cones. A little overpriced but I still get one every now and then. Have not been since last summer, when I went and the cashier was asleep at the window lol. But I went recently and the cashier was super friendly and quick. I really enjoy the watermelon, its my fave.
