The pizzas are always ready when I come to pick up! I ordered pizzas and bread sticks which were fresh when I got them. The bread sticks were soft and tasted amazing.

WARNING this location does not use their own delivery drivers and sent dashers that robbed me over $50! I contacted the restaurant only to be told I had to take it up with DoorDash who also did nothing! I ended up having to call the police after DoorDash contacted the driver who completely denied that she stole my money! The food I ordered was subpar to put it nicely. I will NEVER order from this Pizza Hut again.

I ordered online and went to pick it up. It took me 30 minutes to get there. I walk in and she couldn't find my order after I paid. Come to find out they gave my order away and never bothered remaking my order until I came in looking for it.

App order I show up about 8 minutes early for my order. I walk inside. I am 4th in line. The cashier rings up 2 people the phone rings. Then she proceeds to stay on the phone for the next 12 minutes meanwhile no one can be rung up because she is the only cashier. 17 people in line she finally gets off the phone!! I finally get to pay cash for my food. My order should have been done at 710. I got it at 736. Apparently no one told her the people INSIDE take priority. When I pointed this out she said No orders take priority. I said really well you lost 5 orders because people walked out while you were chatting for 12 minutes. How is that you lost 5, but got 1. 🤣🤣🤣

The call center has messed up the ordering a pizza by calling the store. The last 4 time I've tried to order a pizza I've waited on hold for over 30 minutes to the point im done with them.

I ordered the exact same simple pizza three times from this location and it was completely different all three times! Not sure how you can totally mess up a plain pizza multiple times when pizza is the core of your business. The employees at this location are indifferent at best and can be downright rude. I used to love PH but will never go back to this one even though it is fairly close to my home - they lost a potential good customer as I am accustomed to ordering pizza at least once a month!

Last weekend I had a delivery thru doordash for them and I ordered a pizza i thought they still made due to doordash not updating their system. Once my delivery arrived i called the store to see if there was a mixup and the manager explained the system error. She was very helpful and offered me a free pizza due to the error. I thought this was extremely generous as it wasn't her fault or the store's, it was a doordash system error that didnt update the menu correctly. Fast forward to tonight I go to pick up a pizza and my daughters fav mini cinnamon rolls and the manager tonight called her and she did in fact honor that pizza! I was very pleased at such generosity, its rare these days! Thank you to everyone working tonight who made a fantastic pizza with a side of awesome service, y'all are the best! Really made this tired mommy's night 💕
