Suck.. ordered online and asked to be well done on my pizza. It was delivered and if course it was raw. I made phone calls to them and customer service cause it happened twice. I even called the national number and my password and email no longer works

I ordered using Uber Eats. I ordered lemon pepper rub with ranch (that I paid for),but I also wanted buffalo sauce on the side, which is not on the website.So I called and ask the rude young lady to add the buffalo sauce. She stated that she couldn't change my order, although I kept telling her that I just wanted the sauce on the side. So she said I will throw in this time, but it won't happen again. Anyways, I get my order with the buffalo sauce and NO ranch dressing. So you say what was the big deal .. I order from this store and my order have never been under $60. This order was $70 because family was visiting due to my husband passing. And it pissed me off! No more of my money to Pizza Hut. And the food was under cooked and nasty.

Shout out to the crew working tonight (2-19-25) I come here twice a week and tonight was crazy busy !! I came to get my order and it was packed full. Yall just kept it going one order at a time and made sure everyone got their correct orders. I know it isn’t easy as I work in the industry as well. Just wanted to recognize how great yall did tonight !!

Never enough toppings. Always someone different staff changes are frequently. Always a wait even after ordering ahead of time. A couple of hard chairs for you to sit in while you wait. Sometimes, you gotta stand up.
I have been ordering from them for awhile now and tonight i ordered a dinner box said 15/20 minutes. I got there at the 20 minute mark and paid . Then i sat there for 45 minutes waiting for my food, never so disappointed almost an hour for me to get my food and whole thing was they didn't even make it till right before they gave it to me

I ordered big box meal with extra breadsticks for my daughter's birthday. The peperoni pizza was half burnt. The delivery driver or the store did not tell me they were out of breadsticks. I had to call and ask. The breadsticks were replaced with only one order of Cinnabon without frosting. So disappointing and for 42 dollars. My daughter had an awful birthday dinner. We normally love this pizza hut but will not be ordering again for a long time
