The call center has messed up the ordering a pizza by calling the store. The last 4 time I've tried to order a pizza I've waited on hold for over 30 minutes to the point im done with them.

No longer quick easy or convenient. Every other order something is forgotten. Call the store reminds me of calling the VA except you go to explain why you're calling to be put back on hold.

I ordered the exact same simple pizza three times from this location and it was completely different all three times! Not sure how you can totally mess up a plain pizza multiple times when pizza is the core of your business. The employees at this location are indifferent at best and can be downright rude. I used to love PH but will never go back to this one even though it is fairly close to my home - they lost a potential good customer as I am accustomed to ordering pizza at least once a month!

Last weekend I had a delivery thru doordash for them and I ordered a pizza i thought they still made due to doordash not updating their system. Once my delivery arrived i called the store to see if there was a mixup and the manager explained the system error. She was very helpful and offered me a free pizza due to the error. I thought this was extremely generous as it wasn't her fault or the store's, it was a doordash system error that didnt update the menu correctly. Fast forward to tonight I go to pick up a pizza and my daughters fav mini cinnamon rolls and the manager tonight called her and she did in fact honor that pizza! I was very pleased at such generosity, its rare these days! Thank you to everyone working tonight who made a fantastic pizza with a side of awesome service, y'all are the best! Really made this tired mommy's night 💕

I will never go back! I ordered take out and waited over 45 mins past the time it gave me for my food to be ready. All I got was pasta! This place is nasty! Trash and liquid all over the floors inside, smoke and stench. No one greets you or says anything, you have to stop them to tell them what you want. On top of that, no one working in there was wearing gloves and they were all touching everything including the food! We watched a guy in there rub his nose and the grab breadsticks with his bare hands! Also ppl in there with long messy hair and no hair nets working over the food. This place is a disaster! The pasta was hard and overcooked with almost no sauce and the box had greasy fingerprints all over it when it was handed to me. I wanted my money back because I didn't have an appetite after going in there and seeing and smelling the place, but all they did was give me a free 2 liter when I dont even drink soda. Waste of money! Someone should call the health department on this place!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered through their app and waited about 45 minutes before the driver contacted me that they ran out of half of my food. I called them to have them cancel the order and the manager hung up on me twice. They are very rude and slow in service. A third party delivery service had to tell me that they ran out of food!
Suck.. ordered online and asked to be well done on my pizza. It was delivered and if course it was raw. I made phone calls to them and customer service cause it happened twice. I even called the national number and my password and email no longer works

I ordered using Uber Eats. I ordered lemon pepper rub with ranch (that I paid for),but I also wanted buffalo sauce on the side, which is not on the website.So I called and ask the rude young lady to add the buffalo sauce. She stated that she couldn't change my order, although I kept telling her that I just wanted the sauce on the side. So she said I will throw in this time, but it won't happen again. Anyways, I get my order with the buffalo sauce and NO ranch dressing. So you say what was the big deal .. I order from this store and my order have never been under $60. This order was $70 because family was visiting due to my husband passing. And it pissed me off! No more of my money to Pizza Hut. And the food was under cooked and nasty.
