I happen to run into the owner at one of the coffee shops and he mentioned his business. My sister and I stopped by and were absolutely amazed at the staff, their friendliness and ability to get the food done in a short period of time. We were extremely pleased with the food and will definitely be going back.

We usually love Pizza town and I understand having to wait. But waiting over 40 minutes for a carry out order when you see people coming and going and getting their food. I finally went up to the girl who took my order and asked how much longer because it had been 40 minutes. She turned around to 2 box sitting on top of the oven. I asked if they had been sitting there awhile and she replied, “no, they just came out a few minutes ago”. I could tell they had been sitting there for a little while. Even the couple at the table across from us who came in, ordered more than 20 after us, got their food, and was Finished before we got ours, mentioned she noticed the boxes sitting on top of the oven for awhile. There was literally one other table in the restaurant, there is no excuse to make myself and my 3 year old wait over 40 minutes for two pizzas.

We ordered online for delivery, paid the delivery fee and payed a tip online for the driver. 2 hours later I called and asked for a update thinking they might have got lost or were really busy but THEY switched my order to pickup!!! Then when I asked if I could still get it delivered they asked me to pay the delivery fee again and make sure to have extra change for driver for another tip when they arrived. I’ve been ordering from pizza town since I moved back in July and tonight was a pure disappointment.

I am wondering if the owner/manager is aware or cares during a very busy lunch there is one only person handling the register, serving tables, taking orders and giving out pickup orders, meanwhile there is a line? Someone comes from the back to bring out completed orders looks at the line and does nothing? Food is good but definitely lacking in customer service.

Order subs last night that were barely editable really disappointed. They were a real saugy and tasteless. The veggie wasn't worth eating. I was very surprised since I have ordered in the past and it was good. I could probably spent $50 at Jersey Mike's and got better quality

Pizza Town is AMAZING! I’ve been looking for some good pizza since relocating from Jersey and Pizza Town is definitely it! I absolutely loved the food, the customer service is great, and the owner is fantastic, his energy is everything!!! Definitely making Pizza Town my new spot. ?
I’m giving this place 2 star because of misleading closing times. They advertise closing at 9 pm, but when I called at 8:33 pm to place a simple pizza order, they refused, saying the kitchen closes at 8:30. I get that you need to close eventually, but if your kitchen shuts down earlier, at least be upfront about it. It’s frustrating and feels like a lack of customer consideration. If you're going to advertise closing at 9, make sure customers can still order up until then. Disappointing.

I have been looking for good pizza around here and I have found it. I am from up north and it has took me some time but I found it. The Pizza crust is just right and the pizza sauce is so good. They were very clean inside and the employees were great. I would so recommend stopping in and trying it out for yourself. You will love it.

Ordered a large Stromboli that was nothing but cheese called talked to owner and he said that's how they make it instead of standing by your company and remake it he said take pictures of each slice if I wanted a cheese sandwich I would of ordered a grilled cheese I would never go back company needs to stand behind business

Unbelievable! I am from Connecticut and it is tough to find great pizza. Not only great pizza but phenomenal service. I highly recommend them!!!
I have had a few bad experiences normally they fix them BUT this time I can't just call and get them to fix it ... Today went in and my husband ordered us some lunch they were not busy ..we ordered 2 Italian subs some cheese sticks and fries. The food was not worth the money we paid . The bread was tough no mayo, no oil and vinegar, fries were over done and cold cheese sticks were greasy. Each time we have been the service has just gone down ,today unfortunately was the last time we will be eating there.
