I’m not trying to be mean but I threw out the bowl and the tea. It was genuinely bad. I asked for avocado, he pulled it out and the entire thing was black. Like black black. The whole place had a smell. I learned it was coming from the fish after opening my bowl. Tea was odd tasting. The boba was fresh, though. I couldn’t finish it either way. I hope you guys improve before making someone sick.

Visiting my friend and was craving a Poké bowl I stumbled upon this place and that was a terrible decision. Customer service was very mediocre. I was not even told to have a nice day. It put a very sour taste in my mouth (literally). The quality of the fish was like it was made in a lab. My salmon was a very pale white color. It was grainy and stringy and pulled apart like string cheese. The toppings were all terrible quality as well. I’m not surprised that someone found flies in their bowl twice! I’m confused about all the good reviews, they’re very misleading and I’m almost positive they’re being paid to give this place 5 stars. I thought about giving it to the homeless man I drove past but I felt too bad. I ended up throwing out my bowl and getting chipotle instead ts was gas. Overall a waste of my money. Pokémoto? More like Pokénono.

Had an amazing poke-bowl (for those unfamiliar, basically a Hawaiian sushi salad) and bubble tea. Liam and Ricky provided excellent service. The restaurant was very clean and the order was prepared quickly. Great bang for my buck compared to others I’ve had. They even have Masubis!

This place used to be my favorite when they first opened. Food was always fresh and service was amazing. The last 2 times I have gone, I have gotten takeout. When I get home and open my poke bowl, flies have literally flown out of the container. The first time I thought okay, it happens, whatever. But the second time around a year later, (today) I just felt absolutely disgusted that the worker did not notice this after making and closing up my bow. Unfortunately a refund or a re make of my food will not fix this. Please check your food people

Drinks were fine. Original boba was super bland. Also, most boba places already bring ice with them. My original boba drink didn’t bring ice which I thought was weird. The cashier was annoyed because we didn’t know what we wanted. Mind you, we’re not from this area, but that is okay.

It was a random pit stop. It was Okay I guess. I’ve had better.

I was overcharged and could not get an explanation. I ordered a build your own bowl with two proteins (which is 13.99, I added masago for $1) and my bowl was 16.98 I asked why, and I was told that was “just how they charged and that I wasn’t being charged extra” so I’m not sure where the extra $2 came from? I was also told that my drink was only $1 and was charged $2.50, but I had already paid. I’d been here several times before and this had never been a problem? They were very nice but I will not be returning for surprise charges.

Employee is not friendly, no greeting when I walk in and not helpful. Yes good customer service does matter when your spending so money for food and drinks - and so then you want to make people feel like coming back to support your business. Right? Every time I’m there the guy acts like he is pissed off at me and the place is always empty. And only to go orders lately- Yes this situation could be better I will not be coming back… good luck with all that

This place is a terrible representation of poke. Ahi tuna is bright red when fresh. The ahi tuna they serve is gray. You can even see it in the pictures of the people who have posted pictures on their reviews. It was an absolutely terrible experience and I would say stay far away from this restaurant because it is obvious that they do not use fresh ingredients at all.
