Employee is not friendly, no greeting when I walk in and not helpful. Yes good customer service does matter when your spending so money for food and drinks - and so then you want to make people feel like coming back to support your business. Right? Every time I’m there the guy acts like he is pissed off at me and the place is always empty. And only to go orders lately- Yes this situation could be better I will not be coming back… good luck with all that

This place is a terrible representation of poke. Ahi tuna is bright red when fresh. The ahi tuna they serve is gray. You can even see it in the pictures of the people who have posted pictures on their reviews. It was an absolutely terrible experience and I would say stay far away from this restaurant because it is obvious that they do not use fresh ingredients at all.

The ingredients of the bowl are delicious but he put on so much wasabi aioli that halfway through the bowl my stomach is extremely upset and is almost inedible. I eat spicy all the time all the way up to ghost peppers.
