Yesterday was our first time eating at Rotelli and we were very pleased! Food was delicious, service was great, and portions were very nice! Garlic bread was cooked to perfection. I had the Chicken Alfredo !! Yummy! We'll be back!!
Rotelli's use to be our go to place for really good Italian food and pizza. The sauce tasted homemade like grandma had made it fresh that morning. About 1-1/2 -2 years ago we noticed a definite change in the taste of the sauce; it was very bland, no flavor at all. We stopped going to Rotelli's
We had the cheese calzone and penne carbonara. The cheese calzone looked great but it was overcooked and hard as a rock. It was so hard to cut with a knife, I dumped the olive oil from the bread dressing over it. Once it soaked up the oil the outside was wonderful. The inside had to much mozzarella cheese. All that mozzarella cheese made it taste very bland and would’ve been nice if they mix it with two or three different cheeses. The penne carbonara was OK. The sauce was really...
