I gotta say this place was a big disappointment.I heard good things.But now looking at the reviews, I probably would have never ordered from here.I got teriyaki chicken sticks and i've never had chicken ever tastes so drier in my life.You would think cause it's teriyaki chicken.It would be nice and seasoned, but absolutely not.It had about the same flavor as the stick.It came on.I will not go back to this place since there are so many other places here in myrtle.Definitely don't waste your money!!
Spicy Tuna Rolls every Monday! Love love love the sushi here. My boys always get the chicken hibachi. No complaints here.

SOHO 544 is my favorite lunch spot. It's super close to CCU and HGTC. For the price, the amount and quality of food you receive cannot be beaten. I am always surprised that it's not more packed during the lunch hours.

I don’t mind waiting for food but when you wait 20+ minutes to order cause your server, Moni I believe, was chatting & on the phone whole time. Food was Ok but took an hour for me to eat after seated. Customer service is defiantly not their high suit.

Longtime customer because we’re fans of the sushi rolls and that we can get the 8 pieces for half price on Sundays, etcetera, but the service here, while traditionally at best slow, has the last two times we’ve been here been abysmally so. The last time I was coming from a divorce meeting and I ordered an appetizer-one of my favorites, along with our beverage order. The place was virtually empty and the beer took 15 minutes and the appetizer took 30 minutes and came AFTER the meal that was subsequently ordered. And the people acted like I was in the wrong for being impatient and questioning the whole experience! Thought about writing an angry review back then but instead just avoided for months. Decided to give it another try yesterday. The server said she’d waited on us before so in my mind she should know that we having been servers ourselves are normally excellent tippers so therefore we should expect acceptable service at least, right?! WRONG! Tell me why A) after our draft beers were dropped off without giving us a chance to place our order it took TWENTY MINUTES for her to return to FINALLY take our order, and B) how when we told her this is not Sam Adam’s Seasonal (it was probably porch but she didn’t care to get to bottom of, just oh well..) yeah just shrugs shoulders, so apathetic, with three tables at 6:30 on a Sunday night. I will say that the rolls we ordered themselves were excellent, to the point that were we not so frustrated with the service we would have pursued tipping the chef as well but yeah it’s a shame this place has zero front of the house management and the same is true for the nice atmosphere one in the beach where 18% gratuity is automatically included as well. Get your ish together Soho and stop devaluing your customers’ hard earned cash!

Would like to have given them a zero. Lady tells us we need reservations for 10 people. I told her we have eaten there numerous times and no one has ever told us we needed a reservation. She said well I’m telling you now. I told her we didn’t have to eat there if it was a problem. She said Tuesday was a busy night for them and they already had two reservations. Really, two reservations for the whole restaurant? She asked me if there was a problem. I told her the problem was with her attitude. I asked my wife if she still wanted to eat there and the lady said it doesn’t matter, I’m not serving y’all.

Smells like an ashtray in this restaurant. The attached bar allows smoking inside. The only separation between the restaurant and bar is a partial wall that doesn't go to the ceiling. This gap allows smoke to fill the restaurant. I had to shower when I got home to get the smell off of me.
The service was great and the food was good. However, I wouldn't recommend this place, nor will I ever go back.

Went up there a few nights ago, the wife and I. And we ordered a few drinks and the server(Mony) seemed to charge us for our drinks every round we ordered, no worries to us but once we got the receipt at the end of the night none of our drinks were rung up? Idk if she was pocketing the money or what but 50 for 3 drinks a piece at a restaurant is cool. But 50$ for stolen drinks at a restaurant? Not okay whatsoever you could have atleast gave me a deal.

When we walked in it smelled like cigarettes and smoke in the air, we should have left but we gave it a shot anyways because the SoHo in Myrtle Beach is excellent. I attached photos of everything we left at the table. The food was horrible. I let the waitress know that the sushi roll had a foul taste to it, like rotten fish and she apologized but did not remove it from our bill. Pad Tai was sickly sweet and we couldn’t eat anything but the chicken in it. The vegetables were slimy as well. Rice was fine. We arrived at around 7:20pm and didn’t receive our food until 8pm. To wait 40minutes for garbage is crazy. Management needs to do something because on a Friday night, slow service, no customers in the building and awful food? I would be ashamed. $90 down the drain.

Quiet and quaint place with amazing food across the board. Only issue is that the service is a bit slow, but sometimes it's expected when you order sushi to order.
