SOHO 544 is my favorite lunch spot. It's super close to CCU and HGTC. For the price, the amount and quality of food you receive cannot be beaten. I am always surprised that it's not more packed during the lunch hours.
Sushi was ok (not the greatest but not bad) and our server did a good job. My biggest issue was the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. It made the whole experience terrible. We almost walked out after ordering our drinks and probably should have just paid for the drinks we ordered and left. We won't go back for that reason.
Moni is THE best bartender!! After just one visit weeks ago, she immediately remembered myself and my friend when we came in and our orders. She doesn’t miss suggesting something from the menu and everything we ordered was delicious. Such a fun atmosphere and Moni keeps the fun going with jokes all night. 10 out of 10 recommend going and sitting at the bar to see the best!!
