I had the chocolate fudge shake. It was all chemicals and it tasted awful and upset my stomach. I will never order that again. I did order the pretzel to go with it.I did enjoy it very much.

3 times in one week we have attempted to order a dragonfruit LEMONADE and got something totally different and that was just this week. The managers here need to do more training with their employees about the importance of correct orders.

Went back for first time since last year , should have know better . 3 cars at drive ups and 2 cars at drive through. We sat at the tables for over 15 minutes . Apparently you haven't fixed the broken sewer line yet ,that was leaking out of the ground last year,cause all you can smell is raw sewage. 15 minutes with that smell and no one taking your order was enough for us . We left and will never be back . Perhaps a little maintenance would be in order , with the rusted roof with bird nests over the tables with bird shit on them ,doesn't make for a very pleasant eating experience.

On 7/9 we pulled up & we pressed the button. I was there to pick up a DoorDash order but wanted to place a personal order. After 5 minutes of the button blinking and no one acknowledging our existence, I went inside. Another 15 minutes before anyone came to see what I needed and that wasn't until I interrupted an employee as they went by. I video taped people inside playing on their phones, not doing anything and the screen blinking with red icons. This is absolutely ridiculous service. There were multiple customers inside that also did not receive response from the car ordering station. How in the world do you employ such lazy people? This was an absolute astonishing experience. We left and the car ordering station was still blinking...And I left without ordering anything for myself because I couldn't imagine the additional wait that would have caused my customer since they had to wait at least 20 minutes already. Unacceptable, period.

I eat here at least once a week or so. The food is usually really good, some cooks are obviously better than others. My carhop today was Katelyn, she was friendly and smiling and when she brought the order made sure to ask if I needed anything else.

Very slow, waited over 30 minutes over “fast food” that we ordered. Definitely poor management and wouldn’t recommend!!
