Talk about SLOW service! Stopped by late evening with only 4 cars here. Pressed the red button. Took right at 10 minutes for them to answer. We were backing out to leave when they finally asked for our order. Then it was wrong! Don't have to worry about us stopping here again. Don't understand how they are still open with service like this.

This Sonic? Good. Milkshakes from here are always good. Staff is always nice and the restaurant (and bathrooms) are clean. The outdoor eating area is also nicely lit at night.

Order was placed at 21:19, carhop scanned for order at 21:23, order received at 21:36 melted( it was a sundae). While waiting for our order, we witnessed 1 employee openly smoking weed by the stall parking he could've at least went and done it by the dumpsters where customers aren't sitting with their children. When we received our order, the carhop was reeking of weed(different employee than we witnessed smoking). I would like to add that I do know the difference between the smell of weed and cigarettes, and it was definitely weed.

Worst sonic I have ever been to. They tried to bring me someone else's food and then only gave me half my order. No sauces I had to go inside to practically yell for someone to come help. Highly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Service was horrible. Don't come here!!

I rarely go to conway sonic anymore, they are always out of something or takes to long , over the summer we love to get the milkshakes and every time we went they were out of ice cream, gave them another chance today, waited in line in drive through, about 5 cars in drive thru and 2 cars at the order takers, my boyfriend was excited to try the new burger, we got up to the speaker to order and they told us they were no longer taking orders because the kitchen was backed up and turned us away, I will never go back, do they have managers at night? I used to love this place I will drive all the way to carolina forest from now on.

1 car-hop for the entire place ! Food was overcooked and wrong condiments and missing a signature drink ! No manager on duty , as no one would over cook a thin hamburger and serve that to any customer ! Period !

Love Sonics in Conway SC best Tator Tots ever and burgers but this time around last visit sucked nothing was good.Breading on jumbo popcorn chicken was greasy and nasty yes nasty ate one got a burger everything was soft and wet not the favor I'm use to. This visit was a waste of money and time.
Food arrived fast after placing the order. Food was made correctly, which is rare today in most fast food establishments. Service with a smile when the order was delivered to our vehicle!

Jahiem is always working so hard when I eat here, I was a little upset I was having trouble with the screen so I couldn't tip. (The burger I had kinda gave me a stomach ache two bites in so if anything DOTN get the #5 that stuffs greasy greasy)
