Went to CarHop. Pressed the button a couple of times and didn't get an answer so we went through the drive-thru still didn't get anybody.. but there were multiple cars at the window waiting on their order.. people around there say this is the worst Sonic ever

We have eaten at this Sonic many times but are officially done ever eating here again. Every single time we eat here- the order is wrong. Not occasionally, but every single time. It cost way too much money for sub par food to not even be correct. The people taking out order don’t even seem to want to be at work. Terrible service. Terrible food.

Ordered a combo and large tot online. Fast pickup, but the large tot had the same amount as the combo (med) tot. Definitely not worth the $3.50. Burger was fine.

We stopped to get breakfast today and had the most amazing service. The person who took our order and served us out food told us he was sorry for the delay and that he was the only one working up front. There was barley any delay and he even took the time to check on us and asked us if he could get us anything else. He was incredibly nice and worked fast. It was great.
