Did a mobile order online and didn’t hit send before I got here. I apologized multiple times and the lady at the window was very rude, told me I can not do that and that it ruins there times. Again I apologized but she would not leave it alone. I guess I won’t be coming back here. I literally only come to Starbucks for the services, thank god there is one in Carolina forest definitely worth the drive!!

The place is great. The staff friendly. The med size REGULAR coffee, just coffee was damn near $5. I was meeting someone there so I couldn't walk out. Only had a med reg coffee. Sorry, but Ill never go back.

Waited in drive thru for 17 minutes and paid over $7 for a venti hot white chocolate mocha coffee. had to wait another 5 to get out parking lot. by time coffee cool enough to take realize there was no syrup in the coffee at all. I called back to store spoke with shift manager Matthew and he told me I either had to turn around in all that traffic to come back and get another coffee or I was basically out of luck. said he couldnt make a note for a new one nor could he credit my account. I asked for management and he said her name is Ashley but she won’t do anything either. went on to say how stressful today was and they were out of products etc. well that’s not my problem. need better managemen; inventory control and most definitely better customer service. I will not be back to that location
