Im an odd bird, I like hot chocolate, and am not much of a coffee drinker. Sarah helped me pick between a muffin and brownie and was exceptionally kind. After being stuck in traffic because of homecoming it was just what I needed to finish my drive home.

The people in the drive thru always laughing and carrying on but they never get my order right because of the nonsense going on . I’ll show the drinks and how they’re supposed to look they still bring a drink that looks nothing like what I show . And no graham crackers topping for fall is kinda crazy . I waited weeks for the pumpkin spice just for me not to want to visit this location again . I’ll take the drive from now on .

You're going to need at least 30 minutes to go through the drive-thru line. If you're on your way to work or another appointment you may want to skip this location in store all together. I pre-ordered a sandwich and a drink on the app at 7:41 got to the store did not get my items until 7:57. Everyone waited in line behind me which is ridiculous. I think there needs to be a better process.

Do not go after 7 pm if you want a half decent tasting drink. My husband and I have tried this location twice now close to 8 pm and the drinks are terrible. We only went back a second time to give the benefit of the doubt try. We will never go back to this location late in the evening. Spare yourself the hassle. The manager is rude and has an attitude as well.

Walked in looking to enjoy a hot coffee and desert from the on counter display. Well let me tell you. Whatever deserts that were encased behind the glass compartment, did not prevent a number of flies from feasting on all the goodies. So if you know you have this ongoing problem with unsanitary critters, wrap the pastries in clear cellophane. Our attendant at the counter simply said, “Well no one buys anything from behind that encasement” So that’s the solution ? SMH

This is the second time I go to starbucks for a iced lavender matcha. The people working do not Shake well the matcha and leave big spots on the cup causing a bad taste. I think that every drink should be shaken well without rushing.
