Everytime I come to this place. They never have oatmeal for my kids. Everytime!! Cheapest thing on menu and still dont have it.this is the 4th time! Want be back.

Waited in drive thru for 17 minutes and paid over $7 for a venti hot white chocolate mocha coffee. had to wait another 5 to get out parking lot. by time coffee cool enough to take realize there was no syrup in the coffee at all. I called back to store spoke with shift manager Matthew and he told me I either had to turn around in all that traffic to come back and get another coffee or I was basically out of luck. said he couldnt make a note for a new one nor could he credit my account. I asked for management and he said her name is Ashley but she won’t do anything either. went on to say how stressful today was and they were out of products etc. well that’s not my problem. need better managemen; inventory control and most definitely better customer service. I will not be back to that location

I was here earlier this evening, i had my 2 year old with me, this place does not have booster seats for kids may i add. when i was about to leave my son had ran into the edge of the very sharp table by accident of course, there was a very nice employee there who helped me and my son since he had gashed his head open, she got us the first aid kit and some ice even though she was not the one in charge during this shift, the woman who was in charge was very rude and stuck up and acted as if my son was nasty lmfao. my friend went to give them their towel back and she said “i can’t even touch it now with a attitude, not only did you not help even though you’re supposed to be IN CHARGE, you gave me disrespect, disgusting and mean girl vibes. for your position to be almost minimum wage, acting stuck up don’t look right on you. i will not be back to this location and will advise other mothers it’s not a kid friendly environment.

I am so dissatisfied with the large amount of ice in my venti. There are only a few sips, and it's done. I've had iced talls with more coffee in them at other locations. I'm not sure if this has to do with a lack of business due to boycotts, but this is not good.
