Don’t hire enough staff this is the 10th time I’ve waited over an hour to get 1 coffee. If you have 11,000 students and at least 1,000 are coming in each day either hire more, stop taking online orders, or have a more organized system. For a $12 coffee I shouldn’t be waiting an hour each day.
