We live in Lititz but I prefer to drive to fruitville pike Starbucks. This is the most unfriendly Starbucks you will ever visit! In addition to being unfriendly they rarely get my drink made properly. I was there tonight and was met with their rudest employee yet!

I just moved to the area a few months ago and I have to say, this is the worst starbucks I have ever been to, and I won't be back. The staff are never friendly, there are so many inconsistencies whenever I order a drink. And today was the last straw. I sat at the drive thru for over 3 minutes and nobody came to the speaker. If they were busy, I totally understand but tell me to hold on and I'll be perfectly happy waiting. I will never go to this starbucks ever again
