Best ice cream in Conway! I originally left a 5 star review, however after reading through the comments, I had to come back and add a message. PEOPLE, IF YOU WANT CHEAP ICE CREAM GO TO MCDONALDS!! Stop complaining about the price and giving a great company a bad review. They run out of things because they are busy and people love them. They have college kids working all the time, and I can promise you they are the nicest college kids you will find working around. My son and I go to Stella's often and everyone we have ever encountered has been so kind. My favorite flavor to date is the snickerdoodle ice cream and I hope it comes back soon!

Used to come often, not any more, unfortunately. I was served a stale cone, which was a few days old for sure. Could hardly make a bite not worrying about my teeth being broken. Luckily my kid got a cup, give this cone to a kid, and one would never know they were sold some nasty stuff. Very disappointing, when going out with the kid and hoping to have a great experience. For the amount of money they charge and tips to support the college students one can go to some fast food restaurant (which I am not a fan of) and at least be sure, their ice cream is fresh and flavorful.

The first time I had Stella's it was amazing...Coffee ice cream with Krispy Creme donuts. The second time it was ok, not worth the price but it was a Spirit Night so worth it for the school. The third time... HORRIBLE. We went just for the Whittemore Spirit Night. The prices are ridiculous $19 for 3 cups of ice cream. The ice cream was even worse. The Strawberry is NOT Strawberry...it tasted like Robitussin, it was tossed in the trash. The Cookie Dough Ice Cream is just as terrible...the Cookie Dough pieces tasted like a Cream Cheese waxy plastic...not sure how it's even FDA approved and the Chocolate Chips also taste like wax. To top it off the worker sneezed when helping me and didn't even wash her hands she just apologized and continued assisting me, unacceptable. I'm flabbergasted at how people rave about this place. It's terrible.

So excited to have a Stella’s in Conway! Downtown needed it for sure! Ate here twice since their soft launch and will be eating here many more times. Ice cream is so smooth and delicious, so excited to try more flavors!!
*Update* 9/13/24 while I still find their icecream good, I really wish that there would be toppings mixed through the whole tub of icecream. I’ve been here 3 times within the last 2 months and I’m sorry to say some are lacking toppings. You should strive to make each scoop look like you do on your Instagram.

Just passing through town and needed some Ice Cream. This place hits the spot. It’s a converted gas station with tables outside and in. The ice cream is homemade as are the waffle cones. Everything is absolutely delicious. Such a nice treat.

My flurry was just milk I think instead of telling me the machine was off they tried to turn it on and give me melted ice cream. Despite the line being manageable it took more than 30 minutes to get my flurry and ice cream. There were about 5 girls standing around while two were doing all the work. I am not sure if it was a shift change or what but certainly not worth the wait for watered down ice cream.

Drive into Conway to get a shake just to find out they were out if milk. Asked for a soft serve and learned they could not provide that either. Ordered a root beer float and it was $7 plus just have it served with what appeared to be one scoop of ice cream and it was only half full in the pretty large cup they served it in. Almost all foam. The girl gave me the last bit of the root beer to fill it myself and I saw that they used Great Value root beer. Not really impressed. My first time here.
