The employee who worked on my sub had an employee of month pin on her but she definitely didn’t earn it by giving good customer service ! She was rude , wouldn’t give me the bread that I wanted saying it’s still hot when it’s been out on the rack for about 10 mins while I was at the store and was just rude over all not only to me but to another customer also but sat around joking with coworkers , and when I received my sandwich I was astonished and very upset , I paid 19$ for my meal and I got a very thin sandwich ! It’s ridiculous ! For this amount I paid I could have feed my whole family at McDonald’s , here I only got a sandwich and drink , and then to realize that the sandwich was a rip off ! Shame on the owner for ripping people off ! I always get subway and my sandwich is always good and always the same size as always except in this location ! I’m going to be contacting HR , And if the owner actually wants to be decent and refund me my money for the horrible experience I will gladly take it !

It was really good. Haven't been there for years. The young man that helped us was so sweet. Very much a great customer service person as was the young man that rang me up!

Poor experience. Ordered on app 2 footlong subs 2 different types of bread. They made part of sandwich on wrong bread and other bread added topping from other that shouldn't be there. Added so much mayonnaise bread was soggy. App stated order was ready but was not. No pickles in store per employee who had bad attitude.

Terrible service one of the workers looked high or something they make me pay before even finishing my sandwich, took my entire lunch break to get my sub then during the sauce part he puts ranch instead of mayo and then told me “it’s in the mayo section isn’t it?” I then ask his co worker if it was ranch she confirmed it, idk how you can work at subway and not know what your putting on someone’s sandwich they never offered a remake or refund and I don’t eat ranch on anything so I wasted my money there is a way better subway in Conway at the gas station go there instead!

If I could give a zero for customer service on 07/15/24 I would. Staff# 6530 served me due to the staff working with him refusing to serve me after I paid approximately $25 for two subs. This young man refused to allow me to use the bathroom after traveling several miles as a truck owner/operator. He was disrespectful, unprofessional, rude and tried to put me out of the store with out my subs after I paid for them. I'm aware that Subway records all daily interactions. I'm requesting for the owner or supervisor to pull store video with time 08:59;34 on 07/15/2024. I would also like to have a full refund or have my meal replaced due to staff# 6530 putting too much salt, pepper and mayo on my sandwiches that was not requested. I look forward to hearing from you soon. I have provided my contact information on customer service complaint. Thank you in advance.

Came in the store didn’t great us or nothing, was just standing there awkwardly for about ten mins while she got an online order together I’m assuming cause there where no other people in the building. While helping us finally, she had a stank attitude really name was Makayla .

I usually enjoy Subway. It has been a few months. I am deeply disappointed a plain turkey sub is $11.59. I can buy an entire pound of turkey for less than $11.59. I will not buy subway anymore.
