Food good. Less of it. Needs to put more cheese and meat on their sandwiches. Prices have gone way up. I go there less now.

Subs are good, but if you are going to get a fountain drink, pay attention to the ice dispenser and the drink dispensers. They look as if they don't clean them every day. The last time I was there, they had mold on them, and I had to get a bottle drink or if the cooler instead.

Staff unfriendly. Said we couldn’t use coupon on Club but we could on American Club. Only difference is American Club had bacon instead of roast beef. When checking out I was charged $2 for bacon on each sub. Coupon said free small drink with purchase ofsub. I was told I could only use one coupon. Now tell me, how do you get a free drink without the purchase of a sub. I bought two subs and he said I have to use it for next purchase. Won’t I have to purchase a sub again? Same thing with the cookie. Wouldn’t recommend this store or the employees ever he started getting hateful when I asked him to explain how I’d get my drink on the next visit unless I purchased a sub which I had just purchased two.

The establishment does not answer it's phone, don't try calling. Don't bother paying extra for anything because you won't get it. Ordered deluxe twice, first time was normal portions of everything, second time didn't even get the standard portion of bacon. Don't bother using the app to order ahead, half the time your order will drop out and you'll either double pay or pay for nothing. Service is atrocious, when I mentioned I didn't have bacon on my sub, the associate had an attitude while saying "I fixed it myself so I know it's on there".

There were no customers when I arrived and I was not greeted. The sandwich prep was fine and the transaction went well. The "sandwich artist" had no customer service skills, as far as I was concerned. This is not my normal store.
