I have a bigger order so after I order the 1st item they ask do I want any extra meat or sour cream or make it spicy. I say no and also on the rest of my order I don't want any of the 3. They tell me they have to say even though they know I don't want it. So after everything I order they stop to ask. How completely idiotic! Im not even mad at the cashier but more so at management and taco bell as a whole. If they force people to ask even after the customer was clear multiple times no. No wonder drive through so slow they have to say a speech between. Every item. What a joke

This place has really went downhill over the years probably the worst Taco Bell I've ever been in I do not recommend this place they throw the food together as if they do not care about presentation and the tacos are as thin as a piece of cardboard it used to be good but not anymore

The cashier stood behind the counter with her arms crossed while we tried to put in our orders for a whole group one by one. We asked for her help she didn't want to help she just stood there. We will not be back.

Food was accurate somewhat. Dont order extra meat! Went in at 9:30. Staff took Bout 15 mins to get our food. As soon ad we started eating the employees who were recently giving out their snapchat and numbers to hook up after work even though “she got a man”. Came over to let us know lobby closed at 10 and we needed to leave. We proceeded to throw our food away $60+\\- worth and leave. I needed to use restroom on the way out. Young woman worker says “you cant”!!! Wait! Why!?!“ lobby is closed— holds door open an ushers us out and locks door quickly. #whatthewhat!! #rude #noworkethic #millenials #rudemuch

Went through the drive thru three different times just to have the order made wrong all three times just to be given our money back and told they aren't giving us our food that they continuously made wrong . Seems to be pretty common issue with this place . The customer service absolutely horrible when dealing with an issue
Don't bother getting your food with anything added if you go late night, they won't add it even though charge you for it.
