Went through the drive thru three different times just to have the order made wrong all three times just to be given our money back and told they aren't giving us our food that they continuously made wrong . Seems to be pretty common issue with this place . The customer service absolutely horrible when dealing with an issue

Don't bother getting your food with anything added if you go late night, they won't add it even though charge you for it.
They got my order wrong not once but twice.. Then when I went back to get it they said it's been 3weeks so I can't get it.A 5$ box.. are u serious? A place ieat at every damn day..I want eat there anymore and I'm going to tell anymore else that eats there.. That's some bullshit..
Woman with redish hair ...maybe Kayla? Very professional and on top of everything! Came thru kinda late and really appreciate how friendly and efficient the staff was.
Food was good fast service
The service and employees are a joke! Yelling at each other and forcing people to use the kiosk when they were not busy, then do the kiosk for them because they said they are doing it wrong. Employees were in their phones and a total cluster. I hope the owners/managers read this. Your store is a mess!!
Very nice staff, clean restaurant, fresh and hot food.
We had some really great service & food when we ate inside with the nite shift on Sunday. Definitely recommended 👌
The location allowed 10-20 teenagers to sit in the back of the location and SMOKE. Only 2 of them have frozen drinks and no food.They also run in and out of the bathrooms in large groups so customers cannot access them. Management has no concern to fix the problem. The store should be calling the police.

I've been trying to give this place a chance to turn things around because the Mrs likes Taco Bell, but it just seems to keep getting worse.
They used to at least find a few whole nachos to put on the top to make you think you got a good bag, but now they just don't gaf. They will straight up put a half bag of completely crushed (not just broken) nachos in your order.
We'll order from the app at the same time, but one order is almost always at least 15 minutes behind the other, so we don't eat together. We're not ordering anything special either, just the plain old go box.
They have to get their prices back under control. Taco Bell used to be the cheapest of all the fast food restaurants, now most of their meals are $10+. You can get a combo at a real Mexican restaurant for that price with a basket of warm, fresh, non crushed nachos for free.
Bidenomics is over. Fix yourself.
The place is usually dirty and almost always have to wipe down our table ourselves. The highschool across the street uses it as their after school hangout and staff uses it as their daycare allowing kids to freely walk behind the counter. None of the staff seem happy to be there.
We went through the drive thru and it was the best experience we had at Taco Bell in YEARS. From getting our complicated order, getting all our food right to the wonderful staff. Someone finally made a change somewhere and we will definitely be coming back soon! (Order #67) WAY TO GO! THANK YOU!
I did a drive through order. The young lady taking my order was efficient and friendly. Order was complete and correct. Food was hot and delicious!! Kudos to the staff!!
So just to let anyone reading this they will REFUSE YOUR MONEY, if you don't use the kiosk, my father which is 65 years old is not in the modern times he likes the interaction with the employees and to use cash, this restraunt told my father that they could NOT take his order and that he had to use the kiosk to order. I don't know what kind of world we live in where we refuse to take a order and refuse money at an establishment, the FAT MANAGER that I had problems in the past with that told him no SHAME ON YOU!
I don't know when exactly the service fell off about two years ago if I had to guess. I only come every few months because it's so bad and if I can I'll go to the other one. Tonight I ordered two normal burritos and a nacho fries. I was going home when I noticed a burrito missing. I had to drive back and and I told them about the missing burrito tried to show my bag I hadn't even touched anything there, the young man tried to insist he only charged for one . He did not. $21 dollars for one fry and two normal burritos , but actually I was charged for three burritos because of the missing one I had to pay again. no double meat or anything extra just normal. I wonder how many other people are charged for things and not receiving them.i also wonder how many dashers get screwed because of the staffs negligence I hope someone enjoyed my burrito I never received on their break. They need to give people their receipts as well I've never seen a restaurant not offer or hand you your receipt after you run your card........ How shady is that? , I know what ordered and I know what I saw on the screen. Very dissatisfied and taco bell you need to do weekly trainings at this point. Since you don't want me as a repeat customer I won't be back.
