I've been going to the freeze for a while. I am so disappointed in the service, attitudes of employees and above all, the inconsist execution of sundaes. When discussing with an employee about my last sundae, the response was that's how I do it and walked away from me. They've lost my loyalty. I guess that's what happens when the owner has high school kids running the place.

Let’s start off by saying, the Best Onion Rings I’ve had in SC, and the best Twist Ice Cream, from what my wife says, really good burger and hot dogs. The place is old, but don’t let the appearance fool you.

This is my second time ever stopping in here lived here for a few years but finally decided to stop in and try it and I must say this place is absolutely amazing the food and the people. Only stopped for the vegetable soup bc I've been sick but my family order wings burgers ect and everything taste delicious. Will be making this a regular stop from now on. Highly recommend.

This place is a JOKE! Went through drive through and ordered a banana split and a large twist in a cup with jimmys. First off, they had no idea what jimmys were. So after finally explaining they are “sprinkles” she got it. Finally get to the window because there were 4 cars ahead of us, she says it’s $14.83 so we paid with debit card. She hands me the B-Split and the whipped cream was completely melted because she pulled it out of the ice cream case. Then she hands me a twist on a cone with barely any jimmys on it. I explain to her I asked for a cup. She turns around, grabs a cup and smashes the ice cream in it and hands it to me and shut the window. I literally wanted to go in there and throw the shit at the little brat. NEVER EVER WILL I GO TI THIS DUMP AGAIN…. Wish they had negative stars because the service SUCKS!!!! My husband ate his melted slop before I could get a pic. He said it was the worst B-Split he’s had

Used the drive through. Ordered burgers and fries and a milkshake. Burgers were the best I've ever tasted at a drive through!

The toasted chicken salad sandwich and French fries were so good with a yummy chocolate shake. My husband got the vegetable soup, a chicken salad sandwich and a vanilla shake. It was just the comfort food I needed that day. We will be back soon.
