I would like to address my situation on her since I can’t seem get anyone to respond on the Facebook page or for the owner or manager to call me back.
I placed a wedding cake for pick up February 22nd. My family member picking it up brought it to the venue 20 min away and it was put into a cooler room until 4 when I opened the box to prep for cake cutting the first thing I noticed was it was slanted. Very disappointed. I went to the bakery that following Monday to express the situation and was told the only thing that could have caused it to lean was due to not enough cooling time before they frosted. The owner was not available so there was no resolution to the situation told numerous times I would get a call back and have had nothing even after calling 2 more time with a week period in between. So my question is was my cake made the day my wedding was? Because from experiences with other bakery’s for events I have never had this issues. I feel the bakery is avoiding me at this point and I feel I should get a partial refund since I paid quite a bit for it.

Loved the food, atmosphere, service and especially the baked goods! We sat outside with our puppy and the staff was kind enough to bring water for our pup. We had sandwiches and saved room for the carrot cake and Italian cake! Both were amazing; moist and flavorful! We will definitely be back!

After living here for 7 years I finally found a delicious Boston Cream Pie, just like the Boston Cream Pies he loved back in MA for my hubby’s birthday!! Thank you @The Trestle Bakery and Cafe!!
If you have not been to The Trestle Bakery and Cafe on N Main Street in Conway, you have to put it in your list of restaurants to try! The restaurant/cafe serves delicious breakfast and lunch dishes and just a few doors is their bakery serving the most amazing pastries, donuts, cookies, cakes, fresh breads and so much more! 😋
I have also had lunch here with fellow realtors and the food was delicious!! I had the tomato and basil soup with grilled cheese sandwich. 🥪
Parking: The Cafe is located at 308 N Main St. and the bakery is located a few doors down at 322 N Main St.
STARBUCKS CAN KICK ROOOCKKS!! The cake pops here are to die for and so much cheaper with even better quality! They also saved my daughters bunny from pending kidnapping so I'll forever be in your debt! Cannolis were delicious and I love the small town feel walking in!
Kid-friendliness: Treated my daughter kindly, saved her bunny, and answered her million questions and indecisiveness.

Made a custom bday cake here and it was great I usually come here for special occasion, but I want to try their savory foods as well. Great service always, they have patience, and they are fast aswell. I remember everytime I had an order that needed to be ready it was hot boxed and labeled for me. I remember one time I had to have an order the next day by 3pm and they was ready for me, I was the one that was late. Definitely tip this team everytime you go here!

I was in this morning and bought five muffins. Each one of the muffins were stale. So very disappointed. Since the new owners took over it is just not the same. Shame on you. Will not be going back.

The wonderful aroma and all varieties of pastries, been coming here for years. Staff is so sweet, I make it a point to stop here when I'm in town for lunch. Or looking at Conway's holiday decorations. Their cakes are fantastic got the german chocolate cake, just like I had has a kid. And varieties of cookies and pastries 🍰.
They made my birthday cake it was beautiful! the cake was delicious! staff is wonderful!

The pumpkin spice roll looked amazing in the display case so I was excited to get two. Unfortunately it was so hard it broke one of the plastic fork pieces :(. High hopes left disappointed for $12

Stopped buy for a napoleon. Asked if they had any banana bread without nuts. Older woman behind the counter was very rude and asked, "What's the point of banana bread w/o nuts?" Well, for my companion, it's a huge point. Nut allergies suck. So did her attitude!!
