Luv the smoothies

Gross rotten milk smell. Left a review a month ago and they still haven’t resolved it.

Replies to my review they were going to and didn’t.
It’s not a typical Tropical Smoothie smell because I also go to the one on international and it doesn’t smell at all.

Terribly slow. Only 1 person in front of me, yet it took over 15 min to make 1 smoothie. 2 girlies on a shift slow like flies chatting more than working

So glad mango monsoon is back!! I waited 2 years for this and it was just as good!

If I have to go and get change because you won't accept my $50 bill when my food was already $27 I'm not coming back. To make me have to go break a $50 bill just so you can give me back $23 no you don't deserve my money make me work harder it's not worth it

Don’t know what’s happened to this location but last 2 visits the smoothie’s we’ve purchased have been a watered down mess! Food is always great and up until the last month or two so have the smoothie’s! Very disappointed!

Great service and tasty food. Decent value.

First time there, I tried the chicken bacon ranch flatbread 🫓, it was ok, I would definitely do that again. The reason for the 4 star bacon was under cooked.

Friendly service (Ashley M. 🤩), quick fresh food/drinks.
We'd love it if you carried 4% (whole fat) yogurt.
But, we'll be back!

This place is getting 5 stars only because of the man named William that is working there! Overall decent place. Quick order and go place, but William is so welcoming and friendly. He alone changes the whole atmosphere!

I always order extra peanut butter in my banana boost smoothie, i do that because they dont put enough in it in the first place but for THE LAST 5 TIMES that ive ordered EXTRA PEANUT BUTTER they actually put NO PEANUT BUTTER in it at all.. 5 times in a row, my question is , why have i paid for extra and somehow get absolutely none in return?? I even asked them once if it made it hard on them to do it, if it made the dishes harder to wash or if they were just out and didnt bother explaining but no… Ive literally bit my tongue until today which made the 6th (six) 12345 (6) .. SIX TIMES IN A ROW.. who do i need to talk to to get what i pay for in this place!!??
