Very slow service

Food was terrible, my chicken was about as thick as a slice of cheese and soooo dry. Most of the tables were dirty and they only have one trash can at the rear door.

Poor communication at drive through. No receipt for cc charge. No napkins or ketchup in the takeout order. Sign on the door says AC is not working on the inside maybe that’s why their service is so bad?

1 ordered a Diet Coke and a lg fries and a grilled cheese. I was told you can't have a grilled cheese unless its in the kids meal. So i orderd a kid's grilled cheese sandwich meal. Make it a medium. I got a dr pepper and an additional order of fries. To be clear I was charged for these items. Wrong drink and a extra fries. After being parked for 10 min.

Great food but the service is starting to slack off. Anytime I go here, I am having problems with missing items, long wait times where my food is cold, wrong food being given to me, etc. If the place was busy at the time, I could understand it a little more, but when I'm the only one there?

First and last time I guess. Ordered online. Drove there and still waited over 25 mins for my order. At least it was correct. 40 mins total for 2 meals at a “fast food” place.

Food was good and the service was good. We ate inside. The floor was sticky, the table was sticky and the main entrance door was dirty. My first time eating at this location.

Food was fresh and everyone enjoyed their meal. The lemonades were amazing, and my husband loved his milkshake. The cashier was friendly and helpful during our entire wait, which we appreciated—because it did take about 15-20 minutes to get our food.

The restaurant was mostly empty (only one other person dined in), and the drive-thru didn’t seem busy when we pulled in. But I could see the cook in the back working non-stop—he was clearly slammed. It felt like one or two of the employees up front could’ve jumped in to help him out instead of standing around waiting for him.

The inside of the restaurant really needs a deep clean and some updates. The worn paint, chipped surfaces, and low lighting make it feel rundown.

Great food and friendly service, but slow prep and the dining area needs attention.

Boneless wings great. Salad a fail. Found that they are prepackage then 11.00 We have tried Zaxby's over and over. Never anymore. We travel and have found rude employees no tea.... Will will stop coming
It's felling fast in sc. On fooly Beach Rd. Om west Columbia. Hartsville and leaving garden city Pur total cost of 12 boneless wings and the pain salad was 32.??
