Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Came last week and forget to post. The young lady working asked me to do a survey for her to win a T-shirt. She was very nice, the place was very clean, they were actually pulling booths and cleaning behind them, I’ve never seen that before. The chicken was hot and fresh and I tried the lemonade. I’ll be back.

I was pretty pissed. I came down there and my family. $74 for the crap that we got. The cheesecake bites was very chewy the chicken tenders are chewy the french fries were soggy the fried pickles we're sitting oil for so long that the coating that was on the fried pickles was soggy and full of oil I don't know if I will come back to the Zaxby's again I was very disappointed 😞☹️😞 I tried calling now four times. No response. The only reason I didn't tell them the night that I was there.i don't want them to do something to my food.

Food was ok but was missing a couple tenders.

Ordered food to eat in and saw 6 roaches on the wall and one beside the tray the cooks put down for the servers so just left and went somewhere else.

They closed an hour early evry day and site in the lobby till 1030 evry day and take no more orders there drive thrue

Absolutely terrible, rude, and unprofessional service. They will have you wait 10 minutes before they turn around to take your order and acknowledge that you're there just to tell you that the food is gonna be a 20 minute wait. why not at least tell the people in line that there's gonna be an additional wait? mind you, the drive-through line was so long it was wrapped around the building, and there was multiple people in store waiting for their order to be taken. Unbelievable, never again

Shouldn't advertise that you're open until 1030 if you're going to be closed by 930 which is when I tried to go there and they were closed

Food is okay. But it’s so nasty in there that I wouldn’t want to eat there. Trash over flowing, drink ma Hines look like they haven’t been cleaned in months. Trash on floor, tables nasty and bugs.management needs to do better! I wish o would’ve taken photos…it’s awful.

Customer service is trash. The workers are trashed and disrespectful. Fast food more like slow food. If the workers don’t wanna work for $11 a hour then go learn some real skills and go make better money.
