If I could give ZERO stars I would. I purchased the Cobb Zalad no tomatoes, (still had a tomato on it) the COBB zalad supposed to come with bacon, had ZERO bacon. Will I go here again? NOPE sure not! Should’ve went with my first mind!

I love Zaxby’s, but the Conway location is a joke. I keep giving them another chance, but they keep missing the mark. My last order was especially bad—the salad was wilted, had barely any lettuce, melted cheese, and even a whole egg, which isn’t even the correct topping! And it’s not just the salads—the number of chicken fingers in my orders has been wrong multiple times. For the price, you’d think they’d get it right. It was so disappointing I ended up throwing the whole thing in the trash. It’s frustrating to waste money on orders that are consistently wrong.

Tonight I took my daughter to eat for dinner, I understand restaurants have bugs but tonight there were roaches all over the tables and floor in the seats, etc! Disgusting. Left without eating!

Went after church to get some Zaxbys. at the microphone the lady was cussing at someone inside with her mic on and then apologized and said to order I ordered a wings and things and some loaded fries and when I got the bag the food looked thrown in not thinking anything we pulled off once I opened the small box that contained the loaded fries it was chunks of chicken and fries it was nothing id seen before usually they get my order correct but it was rushed and thrown around. The first pic is supposed to be loaded fries that don’t look anything like loaded fries to me.

This Conway Zaxby's use to be great. The last few times I have been they have had issues. Employees more worried about other things than customers. Machines not working properly for the drinks. Food has been not as good as it has in the past. And with this most recent visit the card reader wasn't working properly and were more willing to cancel the order rather than take the order to a different register with a properly working reader.

Place an order at this location. Food was standard Zaxby's quality which is great. The fries however ($9 btw) were supposed to have cheese and bacon and there was almost nothing on them. Standard fries are like 3 dollars.. why would I pay 9 for fries with a *sprinkle* of toppings? So that was a waste of money. Placed an order at 12:30 for a 1:15 pick up. I ended up getting there early at 1 and used the app to say I was there and at the pick up spot. I didn't expect it to be ready early so I figured id just say I'm there and wait. By 1:15, no one came out. By 1:25 (ten minutes past the pick up time), no one came out. I was watching to see how busy it was and there was about 4 cars and a few walk ins. I went in and saw my food on the shelf and just grabbed it. Got in the car and everything was cold, cheese was hard, it must have just been sitting there. I could understand if you were actually busy but we spent 35 dollars on fast food and was hoping that maybe the bare minimum would be done

The lady at the front who took my order was super sweet and welcoming. The food is always great. I’ll go back to anywhere where I can have a laugh with the person taking my order.

I place an order and when I receive my food.It looked like someone had eaten out of it. I couldn't go in at the time. Because I was late picking up my husband from work in Myrtle Beach. But I did come back.Immediately When I walked through the door the manager was arguing with an employee. She redid my order. But she did not apologize for the inconvenience. I am so sorry I didn't get the young lady's name. I was so upset. My husband and my son loves the chicken bacon ranch loaded Fries. It was a mess. I won't be back.🥺

If management doesn't make some changes here, this location will lose all its local support.

First of all we love Zaxbys menu and their food.
The service here is the issue.
I waited 42 minutes for my order. This is the third time we've waited over 15 minutes for a togo order.

While I waited, I counted 6 angry customers and watched a staff of untrained youth try to operate a restaurant. Four staff members took breaks leaving over 6 open orders, one young man alone in the kitchen and two at the counter.
I literally helped these kids sort orders and get them to waiting cars.

Thanks to the one kitchen employee, I did finally get my food, and it was hot. Thanks young man.

This store needs help ASAP.

I understand the issue you face. We have a declining work ethic across two generations. Unfortunately we have to train differently, schedule differently, and reward differently. Its Sad and frustrating but it is what it is and your industry dwpwnda on those generations for the bulk of its staff. We will not change an entire generations attitude so we have to change our strategies.

I had a wife a screaming kid waiting on me in the car. Needless to say I am banned from ordering at this location now. Breaks my heart, I love this food. 😞

I stopped going here for two years because the service was absolutely appalling on multiple occasions. They make you wait a very long time at the moment drive thru. They take one order and make the order and wait for that one car to drive off before allowing the next car in line to place it's order. If you speak into the speaker box or try to ask a question, they rudely snap at you. I didn't like being spoken to like that, so I stopped going. I really used to love Zaxbys food so I thought by now they would have straightened out their issues. They have not. Two years later and they still make you wait an extremely long time at the speaker box to place your order. They still only do one car at a time and wait for the that person to fully drive off before you're allowed to order. I got my favorite house salad and was extremely disappointed. The chicken was cold and looked to be a lot less than they used to put on it. All around a disappointment.

Zaxby’s has really struggled since covid it seems, the Conway, SC location is on of the worst, consistently. Long wait times, cold food, messed up orders, dirty dining room. Any one who reads this is guaranteed to encounter at least one of the issues per trip
