We had the best experience ever. We really enjoyed being able to interact with all the animals.

Such a great place to visit and it has grown so much. I personally wouldn’t recommend the safari ride. That extra five dollars a ticket gets you on a trailer to ride in a big circle to feed animals that you already feed when you’re walking around. When paying for 6 people to do the ride it just wasn’t worth it in my opinion. Other than that this place is amazing and well worth the trip. Lunch was reasonably priced as well! We will be back.

Brought my 9yo and her friends on President day, was really sad to see small cages especially for big cats like servals lynx tigers, for foxes and all the monkeys! Bad smell too. They have the space to have larger enclosures not sure why they keep these animals in small cages every day nightmare. We wont go back i dont want my kid to think it is ok for animals to live like this…

Animals in very small cages. It does not seem they have enough space or items to have a minimum condition to live confined.
There are big wild animals in small spaces. It looks like they have some more space in the safari area but it is not in use for those animals.
The animal feeding is nice for people interacting, but it seems to affect to much the animals. Too many people uncontrollably feeding them (in cost cases not respecting the signs and there are no people to ensure people and animal safety).
It is really cool to be able to be very close to the animals, but at that cost for the animals it should not be allowed.
I can't recommend it if you think about the animals too.

HORRIBLE place! Animals visibly stressed, tiger in a tiny cage, people giving food without any control. REPORT IT.

We haven’t been to Bee City in years but decided to visit yesterday. I purchase the tickets online.(Daily admission with Festival of Lights) It was an easy check in experience and everyone seemed to be very nice and friendly. We were even gifted a token into the kangaroos by a stranger! They’re so soft! One of my favorite things that we did! But as we were walking around we were approached by a couple of workers who asked to see our wristbands and we were then asked to leave. I thought it was odd since I had paid for the after hours Festival of Lights. But we were escorted to the exit and felt we had to leave. Disappointing. We won’t return again but enjoyed our time and animals encounters there.

The Christmas Light experience was fantastic! The staff is super friendly.

We went to Bee City last night to see their Christmas lights. The staff were so great! We got there at 7 pm which was the time of their last train ride, the girl at the admission booth took it upon herself to call the owner to get permission for another ride just for us. It really made our night. I highly recommend y'all check out their holiday lights. It's absolutely beautiful!

I'm not sure how this place has such a high rating?
Many of the exotics looked in poor condition, and they seemed very stressed. Enclosures are small and dirty. Slimy appearing or empty water bowls. No enrichment.
There were snakes that were covered in mites and underweight.
Monkeys so stressed they were biting themselves or lashing out at cage mates.

For a small little zoo it was awesome. I can not wait to go back. Bringing the entire family

If I could I would give 0 stars, the only good thing about this “zoo” is the farm animals, they are most taken care of. The monkeys, tigers, exotic animals…. I was speechless. The 4-5 stars reviews are absurd to me. I am someone who grew up around habitats and animal welfare. Seeing the animals broke my heart and ruined my day. We left after 30 minutes. The tigers exhibit was EXTREMELY small for their size, and they had 2 in that small space. I witnessed a monkey have a full on melt down and start hurting itself, which shows these animals are in distress. I will be researching on how to report and hopefully help these poor animals.

Great experience! Fun and interactive.

Ignore all the 5 star reviews about how much fun their kids had here. What's important is that the animals here do NOT get humane treatment. The albino raccoon and big cats here deserve better. Look up "zoochosis". When animals pace in a circle all day in a tiny enclosure - it means they are developing what's called "physchosis" in humans. It means they need more space and enrichment, something this zoo fails to provide.

Ashley Russell

This zoo does not provide adequate care or enclosures for the animals, multiple species pace their cages for hours and it’s hard to watch. Please do not support this zoo. I hope they are shut down and the animals get relocated❤️
