I have been here twice both were horrible experiences. The first time I ordered the sandwich on the Italian garlic bread and it came on white bread I wanted them to correct it but he wanted me to pay for the new sandwich, he said I didn't order it with the correct bread name the 2nd time I drove through and ordered number 23 and went to the window. When I got home the sandwich was not how it was advertised on the board. It came with only meat and cheese and on the board it says number 23 comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, peppers and dressing, I called the store and I was told that I needed to state when I ordered the sandwich that I wanted it just the way it was on the board. Now to me this made no sense. I ordered number 23 and I expected to get number 23 as advertised on the board. Anyhow he did finally replace the sandwich thus time but he was rude and reluctant even though he had to understand that he was wrong. I hate to go back to this subway but there isn't much to chose from in cottageville but I will be sure to check my sandwich before I leave that window and I will make them fix my sandwich when it's wrong. Someone needs to hold him accountable and I don't understand how he stays in business when he is so rude I feel sorry for his employees

Their fountain drink machine is broken but they still let you order them on the app. Also they dump the tea over an hour before closing but again let you order them on the app. We ordered ahead and arrived after our food was supposed to be ready but it wasn't there and had to wait behind a very long line for it to be re-made. Just don't order online from this store and you'll have a better experience

This is our 3 time ordering from here, since the new owner took over. AWFUL! They put nothing on the sandwichs and our salad X2 had enough for a toddler.
I think this place is a money laundry business. They are not interested in customers 😕😞

I would go here all the time until new owner took over. Now they want to fight you when you tell them they messed up your sandwich. The owner is extremely angry and rude. They have the meats and cheeses blocked so you can't look at them when making your choice (I don't like this, mostly because I make my choice on how the meat looks). When it comes to adding veggies they are very light. The guy actually placed the spinach individually across the sandwich. Never will get my business again.

This place has gone down recently from my experience...ordering through the app and either order is wrong or not complete and having to wait 20 + minutes.

I went and tried them again and they have gotten worse. They got a new girl who acts like she don't want to be there besides the rest of the crew acts the same way I had to stand there for 5 to 10 minutes and I have a bad leg there was nobody in line in front of me there was probably people in the Drive-Thru but they wasn't working they were standing there looking at me until they was ready to serve me a sandwich and if he called ice or the border patrol you would shut Subway down once they get done please get rid of these clowns man that is pathetic sad I bet ice would take them all who ever owns or runs subway needs to be fired and look I can't eat that I tried there no sauce and I think my food was spit on

If I could give no stars I would!! This used to be my favorite subway from Mt P to Walterboro since approx 2007 when my boy played ball at Ace. The service was always friendly and the tuna was always generous. Now that the new owner makes your sandwich he dols out the tuna like he is fishing for it himself. The yellow banana peppers are nothing but centers and seeds. I told the owner 3 times i did not want my cheese toasted with my bread but to no avail. He toasted it anyways. I said salt only no peper as I'm allergic. He proceeded to put salt and pepper on my sub at which point i paid for my sub and told him to throw it away as it was not as i ordered. I will never be back. They have no idea of the small town service and appeal of this subway. It's a totally shame that this American place of business had nothing American about it. All I see is the owners wife yelling at everyone that everything must be clean clean clean. That's great if you still have customers.

Not sure whats going on with these “new owners” but they are rude. was ordering a sandwich after they asked me what i wanted and got told “can you wait?” Not to mention they cant make a sandwhich in there to save their lives nor get it correct.

Ever since it was sold to a new owner, it has definitely taken a wrong turn. Online order was wrong, had to go back to have it fixed. Nothing being added to the sandwiches anymore and the veggies are not given much anymore (mostly bread and sauce) I don't normally complain much but if I want a sandwich, I want stuff on my sandwich 😆

The new owners don't talk to anyone. You can tell the employees hate the new owners. Ordered a wrap and they roll it in flat bread that is 6 inches and charge a foot long.... Not going back.... Cottageville need something else.
