This is some of the BEST soul food I have ever had!
It is best to call ahead because the wait can be long.
As a MI girl, we don't get good cooking like this, especially from a little out of the way road side diner.
You can also get a cold beer or 2 while you wait!

While the store is more of a To-Go type of place, the interior of the store was clean and the team was very nice. Service was a little bit in the slow side, but their homely feel made it worthwhile. You can tell the cooks put their time and energy into the food, versus big companies that just use smoke and mirrors. I enjoyed my service here, despite it being a little slow and constricted to To-Go only.
