I usually don't leave negative reviews for places, but this place is deserving of it. I went in to grab a quick bite to go and ordered their Italian sub expecting it to be very good considering I spent $19 on it, which ended up being this slop. I cannot believe they are charging as much as they are for a sandwich that is one of the most mid things I have ever ate. Please do not go waste your money here and if you do then please do not get the italian sub.

I recently visited The Dime on Daniel Island, and I can confidently say it's the best coffee shop in town! Their chai tea is absolutely phenomenal—perfectly spiced and comforting, it's hands down the best I've ever had.

What really impressed me were the dairy-free dessert options. As someone who avoids dairy, I was thrilled to find such delicious choices that didn't compromise on flavor. Every bite was a delight!

The variety of handheld foods is also fantastic; there's something for everyone, making it the perfect spot for a quick meal or snack.

On top of all that, the service was amazing! The staff was friendly and attentive, making my experience even more enjoyable. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and check out The Dime—you won't be disappointed!

Stopped into The Dime today after walking the trails to get a Mabel’s cookie and pup cups for my two dogs. Mabel’s goods are sold in a lot of places now but The Dime is one of places I used to always go (it’s been a few months). I didn’t see them in their usual spot, totally fine to move things around, but the girl at the reg was rude when I asked if they had any of her products left. I waited a few minutes to get rung up, there was no one in front of me, but the staff had all disappeared. I was shocked to see 2 pup cups (aka a small cup of whipped cream) were $5 and the Mabel’s went up in price too. And I’ve gotten them else where and they are less. It was also quite dirty and messy inside. I used to work part time at a coffee shop, there’s no need for things to be that messy/dirty and the staff to be MIA to ring up a customer. I probably won’t be back soon given the cost and overall not a great experience. Shame because I used to love The Dime.

The coffee I ordered was great but the place was visibly dirty! The floor was dark from the amount of dirt on it! I went near the coffee area to throw my cup into the trash can and the area was disgusting! So dirty! Lovely place, but needs a deep clean!

Food was good. They forgot creme cheese and a knife for someone’s bagel and unfortunately had an attitude when we asked for them.

Very good patio, very good food. A bit more expensive than it should be, it's "airport prices"

We have been to The Dime several times, as we live on the island. However, we finally made it there to enjoy their pizza (which we heard great things about) as we were home and unplugged for the holidays. This pizza is hands down the best in the area! We ordered two pies for 4 people to share and it was plenty. Great quiet afternoon, fabulous service. The Dime has beer too - we enjoyed a Tidal Creek Brewhouse LaCala Mexican Lager with our pizza, outstanding, light and refreshing. We will be back again for more pizza!!!

Good spot for coffee but food is weak. Technically offers lunch minuscule portions. Cuban had a single slice of ham and pork.

I’ve eaten here before with no problem or complaints but this time unfortunately my plate had 3 hairs on it. It turned me off the food big time and I wasn’t able to finish my meal nor did I want to. The picture does not include the first piece of hair I found that I let slide. The plate was also just really dirty with a lot of fuzzy pieces on some thing black. The BLT burrito was okay at most.

Fresh healthy drink and food, friendly timely staff, only recommendation is for a tomato based salsa, for me the salsa Verde was pasty
