Got there at 11:25, unfortunately breakfast ends at 11:30 and kitchen was fully closed (?) until 12 for lunch. Wound up getting the cubano and it was okay. Not a lot of pork and the quality reminded me of Panera. Friends got smoothies and were similarly unimpressed. Nicely laid out and good outside seating.

Delicious!!! I'm still thinking about the pork roll and cheese bagel that was the perfect size and flavors. I loved the iced chai latte with oat milk that accompanied my breakfast so well. The price was pretty good and the restaurant was very cute. I'd definitely come back!!

I came in here late afternoon and the place was unorganized and didn't look sanitary. I ordered an ice cream and it was okay. I sat outside and the bugs were HORRIBLE. I spilt some ice cream on my shirt and went inside to get napkins and the black napkins ended up staining my shirt instead of helping reduce the stain.

I'm always looking to try places I haven't been to yet so after I finished an early morning appt on DI I was looking for a new-to-me coffee shop. I walked into The Dime and was surprised by how big it was. We were about to get a big storm and folks were hunkering down so it wasn't very busy. I decided that I deserved a bagel sandwich to go with my coffee so I ordered a mocha and a pork roll, egg, and cheese on a bagel. I sat with my coffee and waited for my sandwich to go. I noticed that they have a beautiful pizza oven and you could watch the chef make the breakfast choices. I didn't even realize they did pizza as well. I love that the sandwich came out of that oven because it had a nice crunch on the outside of the bagel even after I got it back to my house. Now I can't wait to come back to try the rest of the menu.

Food was largely bland. The place was cute though. Wish real ceramic mugs come back for coffee when people are dining in!

Nice spot but pricey. I tried the berry smoothie (upon recommendation) the flavor was OK but very watered down since they used abt 30% water, 30% ice then a small frozen cup of everything else. Thought that was strange so asked abt the amount of water/ice they said it was for "aeration" whatever that means. The smoothie tasted very watered down/weak and I was hungry very shortly thereafter. I drink smoothies almost every day and can tell you this was a complete waste of my $12. I would never get a smoothie there again.

Coffee is good, tea and pastries. In my opinion, it is overpriced and they have over charged me and members of my family multiple times. Since they don’t give you a receipt or ask if you would like to have it, it’s hard to notice, until you stop and think why you paid $15 for a coffee (and I don’t mind if it happened once but it has happened several times not only to me but also to my family and friends). Staff needs more training in customer service, sometimes they’re not friendly or welcoming, specially the girls I’ve seen working at the register and making the coffee. I have tried most of the food and it’s not as good as to come back all the time. Coffee is comparable to Starbucks and prices are same if not higher (they also charge $1.15 to add plant based milk to your macchiato) , it’s convenient if you live on the island.

Went to Daniel Island with my daughter to pick up her glasses. Lunchtime and hunger hit us. She mentioned a Wood fired pizza place-Dime, so we decided to try it out. Placed our order at the register with very friendly server. People were in and out and we were served rather quickly after we decided on our drinks-many kinds available including FROSE', sandwiches & pizzas. Rather pricey! Gluten free options are available. Inside & Outside seating is available. It was a nice sunny day so patio seating was perfect. Good thing the patio was perfect because the food-not so much. The two that had Gluten free pizza had slightly undercooked pizzas. Mine however was definitely NOT undercooked, more like WOOD FIRED-burnt! Not sure if the oven needs to be cleaned ever so often but for your hands to be blackened after picking up your pizza is not a good sign. No pictures were taken which was unfortunate! Seeing is believing! From reading others reviews, looks as if coffee and pastries are your best bet. Handicap parking is available. Beautiful view of the waterfront park areas.

I think the Dime is a littttttle overrated although I should preface that I am gluten free, and they dont offer many GF options for breakfast. The coffees are pretty pricey too. I do love that they sell products from local companies and their outdoor space is very cute. Also important to note they dont accept apple pay, so after taking a run and stopping in for some coffee, I had to call my husband to drive over to pay with a card.

Best pizza on Daniel Island! Also, the espresso is very good.
