We were passing though on the way home. Chicken biscuit was really buttery! Wife’s order was wrong, but the staff was very apologetic and fixed it immediately.

I had a Christmas party crisis this morning 12 24 25 and called and an employee answered. I asked about what time they started cooking chicken and she said 930, but she said if you need it before then I can cook it. Her name is Anna and she saved the day. That was so good of her and she went above customer service. Thank you so much Anna, you deserve a day off.

Okay so yeah, I gave a five star rating for everything and that's simply because they deserve it. I absolutely love the food there! Trust me when I say their biscuits are phenomenal and they cook everything to Perfection👌😋 no complaints at all plus if you're dining in, be expecting a great atmosphere with super friendly service! Tried Bojangles for the very 1st time, i had the chicken dogs!! They were excellent, and had a good BBQ sauce on them. Service was OK, the lady behind the counter was extremely loud, and would yell back to the cooks. Other than that it was great.
The food is hit or miss. Some times it’s ok and then there’s times it’s horrible. The customer service is the worst by far. None one ask can they take your order. They just stand looking stupid. They hand you your order blindly and I can bet you won’t get a receipt. If Ms. Anna isn’t working you better not eat there
