Every time I have been there they have messed up my order and I went there for dinner tonight around 9:00 pm and still messed up my order for the third time plus No sweet tea and the people there working was very rude I guess because I'm white

You better make sure they give you your change before they close the draw. If you have to add anything at the windows it wipes out your receipt.

I’mma say this and this only it is damn ridiculous when you come to the drive-through and your sandwich is incorrect the first time but then you go to the drive-through the second time and the sandwich is still not well. The third time the sandwich is still not correct even though I Manager came to window and tried to fix the order for you. Honestly worst service I have ever had to deal with at a fast food place in Darlington crazy that the manager can’t even get the order correct either nor the employees will not be going back to this Burger King ever again.

Tonight I went to Burger King on 12/16/24 in Darlington SC. First off I want to say the girl at the first window was lovely and very nice and I hope to see her more at this Burger King. However, the girl at the second window tonight was not very lovely. We sat there for almost 5 minutes while she did whatever the hell she wanted to do I think she was playing on her phone or talking on the phone And then she opens the window and ask us if we have some random order. That’s not ours when we just ordered two ice cream cones as she hadn’t even made them yet checked orders nothing. She had to go and make them because she was too busy playing on her phone. I would suggest getting new help. She doesn’t need to work.
