Tonight I went to Burger King on 12/16/24 in Darlington SC. First off I want to say the girl at the first window was lovely and very nice and I hope to see her more at this Burger King. However, the girl at the second window tonight was not very lovely. We sat there for almost 5 minutes while she did whatever the hell she wanted to do I think she was playing on her phone or talking on the phone And then she opens the window and ask us if we have some random order. That’s not ours when we just ordered two ice cream cones as she hadn’t even made them yet checked orders nothing. She had to go and make them because she was too busy playing on her phone. I would suggest getting new help. She doesn’t need to work.

Did not feel welcome at this store at all. Placed a mobile order and waited until the cashier cleared her line to ask where to wait for mobile orders. I was yelled at for even asking. Like I inconvenienced the staff for even being in the building. My food, when ready was shoved at me, and I had to ask for cups and sauces. Won't be back to this location again. The food was at least fresh. Only reason I left 3 stats.

I went through the drive-through and the lady was so rude, she kept rushing me and yelling at me to hurry up and finish ordering. After paying for my food at the first window the rude lady was at the second window on her phone the whole time ignoring me. Very unprofessional, i dont recommend this Burger King.

On July approx 5:30pm went to Burger king in Darlington SC. I passed window #1 because no one was there. I went to window #2 and the girl at the drive thru seem like she had an attitude. I asked her twice was that my drink? She never parted her lips. Then my order was a 5-4-5. They shorted me a 4 piece nugget no sauce. Then the chicken sandwich was the end part of the lettuce and no mayo.I am so done with Burger King poor customer service.
