Every time I come through here, my order is wrong. Even mentioned it to the manager today.. she did not care, just like her crew doesn't. And I still got the wrong order!! Smh..

Curbside is slow as crap, order ready but 10 minutes later no where in sight....so after waiting 30 minutes at curbside I went inside, order not ready 10 minutes more and I get food, no drinks, another 20 minutes before I get my drinks... mean while there are 5 people inside waiting for their orders to be corrected because they were wrong... if there was a manager on duty they should be fired immediately... there is no way a manager could have missed all these mistakes and chaos in the kitchen and not been on top of it... this place is 5 times worse than it was before the remodel.

This was my morning spot but after today I will never step foot in here again two guys were whispering looking me dead in my face talking about me laughing how childish two workers one tall one and one light skin one with dreads ppl need to lear to be kind you never know what someone is going through

It sucks that we had to repeat and go over and over our order with the lady over the intercom while she talked to people in the back ground. And of course the one thing I got for myself out of my order, a large fry, wasn't in any of the bags when I arrived home smh. 🙃

Waited at the drive through over twenty minutes before I got to the order speaker. The two cars behind me came around me to the speaker in the other lane. They were waited on. Not me. I drove off.
