I placed an order with these disrespectful unprofessional people TONIGHT around 10:30 got my order a whole hour later and it was burnt to a crisp called and whoever answered had a really bad attitude like I burnt his food said he’s going to remake it even though they were closing in 20 mins a refund would have been fine but whatever he said he’d have it out to me by 12 driver comes back at 12:20 am I buzz him in the gate he pulls up to my townhome at 12:20 AM and lays on the horn like huh ??? Then he just sits in the truck never got out to bring my food as if I were supposed to come out to the truck and get it so I’m standing at the door he’s literally sitting in his truck HE PULLS OFF with my food and the store is no longer answering calls ! If I could give these bums -1 star I would don’t ever order from here they have the most disgusting attitudes for literally no reason all I did was support your business by purchasing food why be mad at me your burned up my food not the other way around I want a refund asap ! It’s almost 1am that i placed this order HOURS AGO AT THIS POINT

My friend ordered the same thing and got way more toppings, plus I had asked for extra cheese. The deliver took a hour and 30 minutes and the sandwich was burnt. Won't come back

It'll take more than an hour for them to deliver your pizza. Apparently this locations delivery app does not work and states your pizza has been delivered when in fact it has not. God only knows how long you actually have to wait for your pizza and no one in the store really cares. I'll order from another location from now on thanks for not caring about your customers.

2 years in a row we had a layover in town and ordered delivery. Both times were extremely delayed and pizza was cold and over cooked. 11/5/24 ordered on app, said 19-25 minutes delivery time. After 3 calls and 2 hours later, we received pizza at almost 10pm, cold and overcooked.

Honestly today was one of THE WORST experiences I’ve ever had.. I place my order per usual and even wait a few minutes after I get a notification that “it’s done” and still waited 20 minutes on top of that in store when multiple walk in orders received theirs before mine… simple pepperoni pizza and cheese and marinara dip with knots… ultimately it came down to “waiting on the knots” so I watched and waited.. saw multiple knots come out of the oven while my dip was just sitting there. The lady almost made my order.. she placed them on the box and almost boxed it up but then slid them off to another box for a different order.. waited some more.. finally after about 25-30 minutes I received my food. I get home to realize my garlic knots have no garlic sauce on them.. my patience was already worn pretty thin but to have me wait so long and still get my stuff wrong?!?!

Order took 2 hours and only the pizza showed up. An hour after it was posted as it was delivered. The salad ordered wasn't with the order they said they would bring it right back. It's now been another hour no salad.
Kids had to just go to be without dinner.

The only consistent thing about this location is their ability to consistently deliver the wrong order, or only half the order. The manager is of no help, so save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere. This location needs a total overhaul.

Pizza look good but the only thing I hate none of the staff had gloves on when making the pizza. I don't like that to good..management need to put their staff up to par and make them wear gloves that should be a must..to much stuff be going on out here

I am very disappointed in this pizza place! This is not my first time having an issue. But today I ordered online, waited until it was almost ready, came into the store excitedly because my app said it was done! As I entered the store I was told the associate had cleared the screen and my order actually was not ready. It wasn’t even started. I am patient when they’re busy but it’s not busy in here. There is also another customer still waiting, patiently. I will not visit this location or order online from this location again. I’m so disappointed. I will drive to Hartsville from now on.

Order from this location and they marked the order as delivered at least 45 mins before it was actually delivered. And when they were questioned about it they hung up the phone and so I paid a visit to the location. They just kept saying that they only had one driver and it was the general manager of the store. But never gave an answer as to why they had marked the order delivered before it was actually delivered. Very Poor Customer Service.

This dominos is beyond pitiful, they don't know whats going on manager Raphael is rude. Said my order was delivered and he shows up 40 mins late with cold food and burnt pasta.This is crazy second time having an issue with this store. Great business with all the ones in florence. I will be reaching out to corporate regarding this. i was told Brandon was the gm but not sure if thats true. Time and money wasted Will definitely spread the word about this store and service!!! Want to give it not even 1 star. Now I have to go spend more money for dinner for my family smh

I spoke to Billie which identified himself as a manager. He would not honor the “emergency” pizza that Domino’s has been blowing up my emails and app. I was willing to pay delivery fee and tip the driver but he said still said he wouldn’t honor it. Bad business.
