Went through drive through. Put order in and waited at window for 6 mins to pay. Then 2 mins later got my food and had to remind them I had a drink. The entire time there were no customers in the lobby. Get home to eat. Fries were cold and buns seemed stale. Would not recommend going to this store.piss poor quality and no reason to have to wait that long

Service sucks always have to be pulled up for the smallest things. Everytime we visit have to be pulled up. The server had a bad attitude if you don’t want to work then don’t.

Too much onion on the cheeseburgers in the $5.99 Hardee's bag. French fries were cold and hard

The food was not as good as I had hoped it would be. My wife's cinnamon roll was old and cold and my sausage and egg biscuit- well I have had better.

I ordered 2 sweet teas received 2 unsweetened teas also ordered a frisco combo no tomatoes but they had tomatoes on them. I also ordered a ten piece chicken tenders and got charged extra for them. I now remember why I haven’t eaten here in a while they use to be so good and great customer service but this visit and the couple before this were not so great

Food was cold. Hot ham wasn’t hot. Double cheeseburger tasted like it sat around under a wormer. Not fresh.

I love Hardee's
I'm not sure how to describe this place. I placed my order and waited on my receipt, but the cashier just left her post. The next thing i heard was arguing and yelling from her and a cook that was preparing the food. This continued over and over on nearly every order. I sat down at a table, but after 10 minutes, I went to check on my order. The drive-through cashier came to help me. There were no napkins or salt, but my hash rounds were good?

I came here on September 24th on my way to Charlotte Airport from my stay in Myrtle Beach and visiting friends and family in North and South Carolina. I grew up in Bennettsville , SC. I always enjoyed Hardee's especially the breakfast. We have Carl's Jr in Las Vegas , NV where I live now since 1991 , but they don't have all the same menu items as Hardee's. I always see bad reviews for Hardee's , but I've only had one bad one years ago somewhere near Greenville if I remember right. We actually threw our food away.
Not this place though. I got the Chicken Fried Steak Biscuit and a Country Ham and Egg Biscuit and they were perfect ! The biscuits were fluffy and golden which is the way they should be and Hardee's are made from scratch unlike other fast food places. The country ham was a large piece and the egg was big and of course they were delicious. The chicken fried steak was fresh and not greasy and hot.
The service was quick. The lady that took my order was nice , I believe she was a manager or supervisor since she was letting the others know it was time to do cleanup and such. The dining area was clean and it looks to be updated somewhat compared to many I've been to in the past. Our Hardee's in Bennettsville closed years ago and the last time I was home about 3 years ago I went to the one in Cheraw. This one seemed cleaner and nicer than that one. I miss the old chicken sandwich that Hardee's used to make which had more of a peppery coating and tasted better than the new hand breaded one they serve now. Also when I went to the one in Cheraw I tried the Roast Beef Sandwich and it was not good like it used to be and smaller. It used to be better than Arby's back in the 80's. I wish I would've tried the fried chicken when they had it years ago.

Not much business here obviously because employers were sitting in the backyard and walked back inside when I pulled up to the drive-thru. The breakfast platter was lukewarm and not piping hot, a disappointment, and nothing I will ever order again since gravy on the biscuits is not a favorite of mine. The employee was not forthcoming when I asked specifically what was on the platter.

Rude. I'm about to have surgery and I feel horrible they told me next time I order 6 things to come inside, I used the drive Thur but I feel horrible and couldn't go inside. Why is the drive Thur there if I can't use it when feel bad.

The people who work here will serve you....begrudgingly. Don't expect a warm welcome or prompt service here. And if you ask for the bare minimum, like napkins with your order, you will be treated as a burden. Chicken fingers are worth having to deal with the staff at this location. After all, you are on their time.
