KFC in Darlington is one of the worst establishments I’ve ever visited. The customer service is unacceptable, and the management at this location needs to step in immediately. The onsite leadership allowing this behavior is a disgrace. Employees were standing around leaning on the counter instead of taking orders, showing no concern for customers. At one point, a customer simply asked for a napkin and was yelled at and told to “get them over there” while an employee pointed—absolutely ridiculous. If I can see this lack of professionalism as a customer, how can management not? It feels like they are part of the problem. The atmosphere showed a blatant disregard for customer service and respect. I would never recommend this location to anyone. If I could leave a negative star review, I would. If you don’t want to work in customer service, find a job better aligned with your skills—but don’t take it out on paying customers.

I seen my food behind the register just letting our food get cold they were on their phones talking all of the workers they don’t know how to do their job correctly i’ll tell you that’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with a “restaurant “ don’t go there

This place is horrible I asked for legs and got thighs along with three tenders that look like rocks the people working have long unattended hair no gloves it's totally unsanitary I don't recommend anyone to this place

Y'all go check my girl out at KFC in Darlington I swear she will not disappoint you!!!

Famous bowl had 3 nuggets in it. I ordered online 15 mins ahead of time and still waited in a parking spot for almost 10mins. It was not busy at all. So I was definitely confused. This was not the usual for KFC.

Ordered 2 meals tonight for my husband & myself for supper. I got the 10 peice spicy nugget meal & he got the mashed potato bowl meal. We received our drinks & was asked to pull up as my nuggets were cooking. We waited 10 minutes only for them to forget both of our biscuits & my fries even though we were told everything was in the bag. The chicken was fatty & looked undercooked. My husband said his bowl was good. All I ask is to do better KFC!

Parking: Enter at entrance in front of Taco Bell and take the immediate right onto frontage road to get to Kentucky Fried Chicken.
