Famous bowl had 3 nuggets in it. I ordered online 15 mins ahead of time and still waited in a parking spot for almost 10mins. It was not busy at all. So I was definitely confused. This was not the usual for KFC.

Customer service at the the register was horrible, the employees where cursing and talking about smoking weed. The restaurant was not clean behind the register and my biscuits were undercooked

Ordered 2 meals tonight for my husband & myself for supper. I got the 10 peice spicy nugget meal & he got the mashed potato bowl meal. We received our drinks & was asked to pull up as my nuggets were cooking. We waited 10 minutes only for them to forget both of our biscuits & my fries even though we were told everything was in the bag. The chicken was fatty & looked undercooked. My husband said his bowl was good. All I ask is to do better KFC!

I ordered the pot pie meal to go. At home the pie was stiff, mushy and not done. Took it back, received another one. Still wasn't done all the way. Tried calling restaurant to talk with manager 3 times, but no one answered phone ?. The workers s were loud and not professional. Poor management. 07/16/24 in the early night.

The entire point of their chicken it the herbs and spices! I waited for a while and when I got home there was very little breading on the chicken. It was awful! The cashier was nice. I can’t understand how they had so many people working and such long wait times. Won’t go back to this one! The one on Evans Street is so much better!

Very rude and disrespectful little girls at the window and manager didn’t make it better. Had a door dash order 39 minutes before they close and poor communication, wouldn’t open the door, cursing at drive thru window and the manger was high. NEVER EATING HERE EVER

I decided to have a pot pie, but this time of night 8:45 I should have known better. I decided to get the chicken bowl. I should have ask for the cream potatoes bowl I have only Six little pieces of chicken. This has shown me to leave theses kinds of dishes alone and get on the healthy wagon. Thank you KFC.

Ordered day before WITH THE OWNER LISTENING AND COMMENTING as I affirmed time and order as it was written down.. When order was picked up they staff was totally unaware of order and seemed surprised we were there. We AGAIN told them our order and waited while the chicken was cooked. We repeated our ordered several times and was ASSURED it would be right. 8 breasts, 8 wings crispy. Order was packed as we AGAIN repeated what we ordered and AGAIN assure it was right. At home as we prepared to eat.. WRONG ! we had 2 chickens half dark, half white.(I called the store, ask to speak to owner or at least give me his name.NO they are not allowed. Apology , new people. 70 dollars! second time this has happened! NEVER AGAIN!
I went there yesterday afternoon 11/03/23 ordered a twelve piece meal not only did it take 20 minutes at the drive-thru but I get home and didn't check until about 6pm and there was only 8 pieces 3 of which were wings !and 4 biscuits supposed to have 6 biscuits and TWELVE PIECES OF CHICKEN not eight, if I only wanted 8 pieces I WOULD'VE ORDERED 8!! Plus I never got to try their barbeque sandwich before this one quit making them
