I do not know why they let you order online. It’s never ready. You are always told you have to wait no matter how long you order in advance. It seems that you have to know someone to get food. Was redirected to drive through for online order and am currently watching as pizzas are run out to cars for people. Assuming friends. Don’t know. I ordered 50 minutes ago. Should have just got dominos

Employees are walking around without hair nets. Woman was taking orders, handling money and food without washing hands. Will not come back!

It's a great place to order pizza for my grand daughter she loves the pizza and the cookies. The service is great.

The pizza is okay but not great but the employee's were very good and the wait time is very fast. Of course Little Caesars doesn't have a dinning area but then again I still would take it home and eat it.

Cheese puffs have No Sauce. Just pepperoni on top of a bread muffin with hard dry cheese. This is disappointing. Long wait time for this...

I ordered a hot and ready pizza with bread sticks and drinks online to eliminate the wait, the order was placed leaving Florence SC, and when I got to there I had to wait 30+ mins behind "1" single car, and when i finally got up to the window, my food still wasn't ready... Waited another 10-15 mins for my order to be prepared and the FINALLY was given my food (which was actually nice and hot), but they failed to give me the multiple "$3" drinks that I ordered with the food.... The atmosphere/vibe in the store was just "blah", customer service from the employees was less than "blah", the food was barely "mediocre", and the ability of the employees to focus and actually COMPLETE an order and make sure that all of the items in the order are given to the customer was just completely "absent" at this location.... Therefore my rating is 0 out of 15 stars as a result of a complete failure at even delivering a miserable customer experience... AND YALL OWE ME 3 PINEAPPLE PEPSI'S "LITTLE CAESARS"!!!!
Unfortunately they would probably fail to give them to me the next 10 times I went to that store, if I ever went to it again 10 times ????

They had no pizzas ready multiple cars in the drive thru and only started making a pizza when each car got to window took 45 minutes to get one hot n ready pizza. Avoid this place

The past few months have been horrible dealing with this restaurant. I always order ahead online and make my way over a few minutes after the said time for pick up and have still had to wait half an hour or longer before getting my food without any communication from the workers instead she’s here counting the money drawer and it’s 4 vehicles behind me waiting. I’m not sure if they are short staffed or what’s going on but I’d rather take the 40 minute drive to Harstville in order to get the food thoroughly cooked and at the said time.
