Anthony was very hospitable and showed that he cared about the customer and valued the positive he can bring by the job he has in the community. He deserves a position with Little Ceasars and by how he has handled every call, should be a wonderful face for Little Ceasars and that store. DARLINGTON

I unfortunately got there after closing hours but an employee named Anthony still allowed me to get a hot and ready pizza since they had a few left. He is a very kind man and I wanted to give him a shout out for appreciation and a thank you. If his manager sees this response I hope that a good fortune or bonus or benefit comes his way. Thank you Anthony for being a kind soul the world needs more people like you.

I like the white guy Anthony. He will always have your food ready. He needs to be GM ASAP!!! The short black lady Chanel should fired ASAP she is very rude and never has your food ready.

There's a wait EVERY time rather cars or not.. First day, women cashier did not even greet us at the window, she kept waving her at us as if she would get to us eventually. Sadly, seem as if she did not want to assist due to out color. We sat about 7 minutes then a white guy from the back took our order & even walked the food out due to an additional 10 minute wait.

Terrible, terrible customer service. Had an online order for 7:08-7:13p it is now 8:12 and my husband is still waiting in line.

There is a woman in this store who is diabolical and evil. We ordered pizza at 5:30 pm online. It was set to be ready at 6:02. It is 7:29 pm and we have just received the pizza. We arrive at the store at 6:20 to see the front door locked and two cars in the drive through. We enter the drive through. No one is being helped. At 7:00-roughly the front door is opened but we are stuck in the drive through. We notice people entering the store and leaving with pizza almost immediately. My mother exits our car and has to BANG ON THE WINDOW to get someone’s attention because it has been almost an hour with no one even attending the drive through at all. The cars ahead of us either receive their food or leave empty handed. We approach the window. My mother has to tap AGAIN to get assistance. The woman who answers is atrocious. We did not catch her name but she needs to be fired. She opens the window and, without prompting, calls my mother a MANIAC and says she should’ve gone inside (as if she could’ve when we were stuck in the drive through that was clearly listed as open???), and LAUGHS when she said we waited an hour. She then leaves and never returns. After ten more minutes we learn that our pizzas are being made from scratch currently, despite the website having them listed as in the oven at 6:30. I need you to understand that we received these pizzas at 7:30. We ORDERED THEM. At 5:30. We WAITED IN THE DRIVE THROUGH FOR AN HOUR only to be LAUGHED AT by an employee. I’m so sorry to the kind man who eventually DID give us our pizzas but this place needs to be closed and that woman needs to never work a guest facing position ever again. Horrific service.

The Darlington store is the best of all in this area. Their pizzas, hot and fresh always, are the best in town. It's hard to believe the one in Hartsville was such a disaster the last time I tried it. One employee closed at the shop at 9:00 p.m. saying it was because his employees had left. A crowd of people arrived who had paid online and did not get the order that night. What gives Hartsville???

I waited more than 30 minutes ended up getting my money back. They are usually ok but for some reason lately food has not been great the wait time is crazy the price went up and it's just bleh.. but sometimes they are good
