The food isn't consistent. The taste nor the quality. The prices are higher than the website's $72.08 for the pick 2 at 15.00 a plate ended up being more it's not steak not worth it. Takeout not dine in.

First time ever getting something from here. Ordered by phone. Food was great but the problem was when I ordered. I ordered the fried mayflower special, online it says the fried platters get 2 sides. When I called to order the guy said I only get 1 side. So I choose 1 even tho online it says different. When I got home I looked at the receipt and it says mayflower special, sides: Cole slaw and garlic bread. That’s 2 sides. I ordered the garlic bread but I didn’t order the Cole slaw nor did I get an opportunity to order a second side like it said online. So either they have changed something in the menu and to lazy to change it online or they are forcing you to get Cole slaw. Either way, if I’m paying that much for a plate I should be getting what it stated that I get.

Not sure what changed at my GO-TO restaurant for several years, but I won't get takeout again. For $24+ on a two seafood combo, I got 5 small fried oysters and a decent portion of fried shrimp. In the past, an order from here lasted for 2+ meals. Is this from tariffs? Your place has become too $$$$ for this one....

Today my partner and I went to Mayflower for lunch. We had called in our order but our call was canceled so we decided to eat in. Our food was sitting there getting cold. They that wasn’t our food. We sat at the table for 15 minutes. The waitress came by for the food that we had asked was it our order oh no they just brought it out. I hate liars. Best seafood restaurant in Darlington and the Pee Dee area. Portions are great value for the price. Could be seasoned more. But besides that everything is A1.
