Not sure what changed at my GO-TO restaurant for several years, but I won't get takeout again. For $24+ on a two seafood combo, I got 5 small fried oysters and a decent portion of fried shrimp. In the past, an order from here lasted for 2+ meals. Is this from tariffs? Your place has become too $$$$ for this one....
Traveling South bound thru the Darlington area and did a blind search for a good reviewed restaurant. We were ultimately surprised! This seafood restaurant was like an oasis in the middle of now where lol. Venue was big, staff were friendly & attentive. Great menu with numerous options. We went with the broiled and fried Mayflower Specials. Sides consisted of sweet baked potato, fried okra, coleslaw, and green beans. Food was presented well and the portions were huge....
Huge portions and i do mean huge. If yoi get popcorn shrimp be prepared to recieve close to 3lbs of it. The cole slaw was not good but everything else was delicious and even with them being busy food csme out the kitchen in less than 15 minutes
