This place is so horrible.I am sitting here and the employees are literally cussing. Laughing and joking giving MCDONALD'S a really bad name. Dead flies on the table, my fries have burnt pieces with chicken crumbs. Please work with your staff that works lunch shift on Sundays. YUCK

Don't go to this mcdonald's stood at front counter waiting 10 minutes no one never came to take my order they are the worst I eventually walked out. It's sad I had to go to the drive thru window to place my order when I was already in the store. Now this is the worst part no one was in line when I went inside just 2 people standing there that already had ordered. First and last time I'll go to that mcdonald's again. But to be honest all the mcdonald's stores about the same they all falling off.

We ordered online half hour before we got there. There was three cars in front of us standing and waiting for their orders. At the window we said we have online order,the employee talking with us with mouth full of food 😡After half hour nobody came out and give them the food so people started going inside. We got inside too and 7 employees talking and did nothing. Once we finally get our order we saw another 5 cars standing behind us and waiting. So first the manager needs to be changed immediately and employees too. Horrible service,nobody cares the customers. Disgusting place. Will never come back !

I used mobile ordering today at 12:45. It was 1:15 by the time i got there. The person at the window tried giving me the wrong food and was visibly angry when I told him it wasn't mine. He asked me to pull all the way down to the mailbox so I did. I waited 10 mins, while no less than 12 cars got their food and left. I walked in and as soon as drivethru person saw me he grabbed my bag off the counter and stuck it out to me. All the food was cold, almost like it had been sitting there for 10 mins. Unfortunately this isn't an isolated kind incident at this McDonald's. Anyone in Darlington can tell you it happens all the time.

Service was slow. But the worst part is the order was wrong. I ordered (and paid for of course) 2 double filet o fish sandwiches. We got home and had one double and one single. Tried to call them but no one answered the phone so after 3 attempts I gave up

Was very disappointed in how the staff and management operated this morning. The service was very unprofessional. Us customer's shouldn't have to hear back and forth bickering amongst each other. The coffee was very pathetic. The employees are very unprofessional. I'm sorry but I did not enjoy my meal nor coffee heading back to Georgia. This is ridiculous. Do better. Customer service sucked
