I waited in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes with a mobile order and received no communication at all. It wasnât busy, and no one told me to pull aroundâI eventually did so on my own because I had already been waiting so long. When I tried to get help, the staff acted like I was wrong or didnât want to assist me. The customer service was very poor.

Was passing thru SC and stopped at this location on 12/13/25 @ 10:00pm. . The food was fixed correctly and fresh and service was good, just the like the wait time. I was impressed because u just don't know what's going to happen when u eat at fast food places these days. Thanks a lot! Great job guysđđđŻ

The employees were busy playing around knowing people were waiting for their food. I spent 10 minutes waiting for an apple pie and it wasn't even busy.
Even after a full remodel this place is a mess. They canât seem to get anything right. Of the two times Iâve visited I have paid for two large combos and I received two medium fries that weren't even half full. And on the other time they were out of large size fries so they gave me three mediums to substitute but the fries were not cooked all the way and cold. Also after putting my order in on the kiosk specifically asking for no salt on my food due to high blood pressure, they gave me salt on everything.

Very impersonal, no employees at counter , took forever to get food and then no napkins had to wait at counter awhile before a employee came up front. Just don't like this new system.

This place is an absolute disaster. Itâs brand new and already itâs just a dumpster fire of a restaurant. I ordered my food and was immediately told to pull forward into a spot to wait on my drive through order. After sitting outside waiting for 15 minutes I went inside to see what was up. I told the lady âIâve been waiting outside for 15 minutesâ and the manager then snarked at her saying âhe ainât been waiting no 15 minutesâ even though my receipt was time stamped. Employees gathered around cussing and talking trash about customers who just want their food is not a good look. So the lady hands me a bag without saying anything at all and I walk out. So youâd think I had to wait 15-20 minutes at least my food should be fresh right? Nope! Fries were limp and ice cold, and my double quarter pounder was hard as a rock and absolutely COVERED in mayonnaise. If you want to avoid an absolute disaster, avoid this McDonaldâs at all costs. Go to the Sonic next door, itâll be way better and the employees there wonât laugh at you, or curse at you, or roll their eyes when you ask for something.
