The management at this location is poor. They show favoritism to certain employees also treating new employees unfairly. The disrespect that I’ve seen in this place is unbelievable. The manager or boss lady she has no respect for her employees nor customers. Making an employee change their hair style because of the color. But not telling another employee with the same color and hairstyle to change theirs. I don’t recommend coming to this location. Go there and see for yourself!

I have ordered food from this McDonald's in Darlington SC store number 20391. Everytime I go through the drive thru I have to wait almost 20 to 30 minutes for my order. Most of my food was cold, wrong order, or missing order. Went here today on 10/21/2024 order my food. While sitting there with two other cars that already sitting there waiting for there food as well. Had a vehicle pull beside me in a reserve parking spot waiting for there food. The first vehicle sitting decided to get his car and go in about his food after sitting there for about 30 minutes. Then I got out of mine vehicle and go in behind him after sitting there for 20 minutes. The second vehicle was sitting there also for 30 minutes waiting for there food. While standing inside the store I see a order sitting on the countertop waiting to be taking out. Come to find out it was the order for the vehicle sitting in reserve #2 parking spot. After I got my food from the inside the employee there told me that my food was cooked to order. I said it should not take about 20 to 30 minutes to make my order especially orders that other vehicles that was waiting before me. While standing there a lady said that she got her order and was missing a order for her kids. She has to come back to the store to get her order that was not put in her order. The order that was on the countertop was taken to the vehicle in reserve number 2 after I was getting my vehicle in reserve number one. The other vehicle sitting there didn't get her order after sitting there for about 40 minutes now and she had to go inside to see about her order.
I didn't see a manager in the store at the time I was there but the employee's that was working there to busy to help the customers inside. This McDonald's in Darlington SC store number 20391 has employees that don't care about there jobs there. All they want to do is play around, be on there phones while standing there. God only knows where the managers was at in there.
I think it is time that this store with these employees to be let go, start over fresh with new management, new employees that want to work, not being on ur phones and playing around. But, take pride of there jobs not goofing off. But if this store can not get there employees and management straight here then shutdown the store and get it together.

The restaurant was loud. Behind the counter with beeping noise and loud employees. Very busy at the time. Service was good and food good and hot. I was told they are preparing to close and remodel.

Thinking that I would save time, I ordered my food on the app and waited at the designated curbside spot. I didn't order a lot of food, just the $5 meal and additional med fries. Waited more than 20 minutes and decided to go inside. My order was missing items even though the member of staff read out my order. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. If this was a one-off, then I wouldn't be so brutally honest. However, this has happened at least 5 times over the past year or so. This is unacceptable on so many levels. I will never go there again.

I'll take a pass on going to this particular McDonald's in the future. Ridiculous wait times to get food. Lots of people working but disorganized, example... I noticed that they wait until they're out of fries before putting more in the fryer. Meanwhile, there are 15 cars in the drive through and a half dozen people on line inside with only one cashier. This despite the fact that there were 8 -10 employees "working." Do yourself a favor, and pass on this McDonald's if you're in a hurry.

If I could give this establishment a zero i absolutely would ordered 4 sandwiches and it took over 10 minutes to even be answer just and an additional 15 minute wait for my simple order to make it out to me this restaurant use to be my go to spot but whoever is supposed to be in charge obviously no care for their job or the customer base strongly recommend making the travel to any other McDonald's other then this one

Food was good and front staff was friendly. Pretty busy day, but food took forever to come out with many staff working. They were a bit unorganized not working together to get food out.
