Ordered food on SEP 1 2024 at 10:23 pm from this location. I spent 77$ thatâs including a 10$ tip for driver⌠I watch the delivery app tracker as they made the food and said it was on the way. I wait till 11:50pm when the driver went back to Pizza Hut location and then never moved and my app tracker went from 5 min wait to 1423min wait⌠I went to the location the next day when they were supposed be open at 10am and no lights were on. Basically I spent 77$ and a tip for the driver for someone to mis deliver my food or steal my money and food. I contacted Pizza Hut customer service twice and still havenât been issued a refund or credit⌠this has never happened in my life ordering from Pizza Hut but I will no longer ever be ordering from this location after my food and money was stolen from this location.

Donât order here for delivery! I Ordered pizza for delivery, waited an hour and I called them just for them to tell me they cancelled it because theyâre understaffed. Absolutely ridiculous! They couldnât even take the time to call me and then said that the refund wonât come back to me for 3-5 business days! Thatâs ridiculous!

Havenât had Pizza Hut or dominoes in a few years over the hassle at both. Was craving the hut, ordered pickup online, pizza was ready in 15 min, employee said I had to sign something and called the manager over, I was directed to the pos keypad, they wanted a tip! I gave a dollar, but it really made me resentful. Pizza was great, but was my last hut visit, will continue making our own at home.

My wife and I stopped by this Pizza Hut for the first time on our way back to North Carolina from Florida. As I entered, Mrs. Venus greeted me and took our order with a warm smile. The cook, Mr. Khalie, was equally friendly and prepared our pizza flawlessly â it tasted amazing! The manager, Ms. Shannon, seems to run a tight ship; the restaurant was spotless and well-organized. I highly recommend dropping by if you're in the vicinity or just passing through. Kudos to Team Shannon for the excellent service! â Dr. K

Ordered from this location twice for delivery. First time it took 3 hours for the order to arrive! I went to the store to try and figure out what happened with the order and everyone was confused. I ordered again on 6/27 never heard from the store about the order updates. Finally got through to the store and was informed that a dasher was coming to deliver the food. NOTHING OR NO ONE SHOWED UP. reached out to the store again around 11:50pm just to be informed that I would have to call the next morning for a refund!!
