Food was good but not coming back to this location! Asking/begging for reviews while creating a hostile, uncomfortable environment for guests is TACTLESS. New manager DEMANDS reviews and tells you to scan her QR before you can check out. She is very LOUD and complains of nothing but bad reviews… I can see why. Unfortunately this means the good reviews at this location are fake and forced… patrons were just desperate to leave and be allowed to move on with their lives. I’d rather drive to the next town than be bombarded by her again!

today I came into the Pizza Hut in Darlington establishment and was greeted by Venus and Tony. Shannon was in the back cleaning but she came up to help. I ordered a large pizza and Shannon came out to make it. Tony and Venus both had on gloves and when I noticed that Shannon was making my pizza, she didn't have on gloves. I asked Tony to plz tell Shannon to put on gloves while handling my food. Shannon's response was..... I just washed my hands and she kept making my pizza. Shannon DID NOT acknowledge my request and I hope corporate sees this review. I'll be going back, but if whoever can't wear gloves then I don't want the food smh

Sat in store for 10 mins than the lady at the counter came and told us that they could not take our because they were backed up but people were steady coming in but they could not wait on us
