EVERYTIME WE GO HERE THE FOOD IS WRONG BURNT OLD TASTING THE BURGERS ARE LIKE RUBBER YOULL HVE TO GO BACK THREE TIMES TO GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT THEY PICK AND PLAY SO MUCH THATS WHY NO WORK GETS DONE AND THE OWNERS DONT CARE AND THINKS ITS OK WHY PUT A SONIC LIKE THAT IN DARLINGTON CLOSE SONIC MAKE IT A COOK OUT FOR THE NASCAR BECAUSE THATS WHO SPONSORS THEM NOW CONE ON YALL GET IT RIGHT NEVER ATE A SONIC SO NASTY THE TEA IS ABSOLUTELY NASTY MOST OF THE TIME WE NO LONGER EAT FROM THERE

⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5 Review – Sonic Drive-In, Darlington, SC Visited around 5 PM on a Friday, and I understand that’s a peak time—things were definitely busy. Stalls 1–8 were full, and while stalls 9 & 10 are marked for mobile pickup, the app wouldn’t recognize them. Stalls 11–14 were hit-or-miss (maybe two working), also full, and the drive-thru had a line. With my party of 3, we decided to sit at the picnic tables and checked in on the app using stall #15. It’s July in South Carolina, so please consider adding a fan out there—it’s hot. We waited 30 minutes before a team member finally came out and asked if we had ordered. I let her know I ordered via the app and checked in as stall 15. She asked for the details of the order and went back inside. She returned fairly quickly, which leads me to believe our food had probably been ready for 10–15 minutes. Our meals were room temperature, and our slushies and cream cooler were sadly melted by the time we got them. Was everything edible? Yes. The Big Dill Double Sonic Smasher was actually really good. But it’s frustrating to order ahead via the app, check in, and still wait 30 minutes before anyone acknowledges the order. We’ll give Sonic another shot, but I strongly encourage management to take a look at staffing levels and mobile order support—especially on peak times. Don’t cut corners where customer service is concerned.

Don't bother with the shakes, got 2 master shakes, they put whatever type of shake on the bottom, like oreo, then fill it with soft serve ice cream, never mix it, so you end up with vanilla ice cream in a cup and the "mix" on the bottom, pathetic... never again.

Idk who the owner feels like are “Good employees” but he/she needs to do better searching. This is for the Sonic in Darlington. the fact that not once but 4 times in the past 2 months I have tried to order something, there is always either someone who has an attitude or just simply doesn’t want to work and has to, just poor customer service all together, or when I literally started to order one time, they stopped me mid order and said they can’t order my food and that they’re done taking orders. (My kids were wanting ice cream.) ALSO I CAN’T EVER get anyone on the microphone (4 Times that this had happened) and everyone is literally just sitting around talking or outside by their cars. It’s sad actually. If I were to do that type of service at my job I would lose my job on the spot. Smh. I don’t ever post about a business but this is bad business and my little comment won’t make a difference (I’m not stupid I know) but at least it’s out there. Do better. Honestly.
